Description of Work: Complete demolition and remodel of front and back yard. Good pricing. Took longer than we thought but there were a lot of changes as we brought our landscape designer in a little late, but Filemon responded well with adjustments. A with anyone, clarify expectations up front.

Overall it went very well. Fillamor was prompt, he went the extra mile and we were very pleased with finished results. My only suggestion would be to advise residents to shut windows. We had all our windows open because we did not realize that when they dug up existing lawn the dust/dirt would drift into house. We should have realized.....duh!!!
Description of Work: Removed existing lawn, re routed sprinkler system and put down artificial turf.
