Contacted them and unlike some of the others we contacted they called us back in a timely manner. We setup a quick free estimate and within a couple days they were able to call us the day before and set the next day for service. They arrived the time they told us and quickly and professionally did a great job. I would highly recommend them and will be using them again the next time our palms need trimmed.

The gentleman gave us a complete and detailed free estimate. We were impressed that he was able to schedule us on a date and time that was convenient. After completing the service he walked through our property with us and again went over exactly what had been done and why. He even made suggestions as to how to fertilize our trees which was extremely helpful.

Derek was great from the first time I called for an estimate...professional+prompt+thorough. The estimate came in a little higher than another company, but my gut feeling was to go with The Branch, especially after meeting Derek and reading his reviews. Derek and his crew of two other men showed up on time and the three of them worked like a well-oiled machine. They each took their place on the property and got the job done in just under six hours. Other than a short break to eat lunch, they worked hard the entire time...there was no standing around by this crew! They cleaned up everything they took down, without any mess left whatsoever. I would not hesitate to recommend the services of The Branch to my family, friends, or anyone else.

Derek and his crew did a great job. We were particularly pleased to see Derek right in there, climbing trees and doing the trimming. This is a refreshing contrast from other tree services we've dealt with where the owner took the order and was then never seen until it came time to pick up the check. Every aspect of the service was professional and first-rate. We are totally and completely satisfied with this firm and will certainly use them again for all our tree service needs.

Job went great. Derek is professional, thorough, and timely. There were numerous sprinklers in the direct path of his tree services, yet none of the sprinklers were damaged. I find that amazing. I've used his tree services before and I highly recommend that you give him your business. You won't regret it.

I thoroughly trusted this representative, who also gave me good advice after his inspection, but I rejected job, principally because of the estimated price.

Derek arrived for both the estimate and the actual work date on time. He arrived before the rest of his crew and immediately started cutting the trees down. After his crew arrived they made quick work of the cleanup and even the removal of the several stumps. There were three stumps that could not be removed due to there close proximity of the patio. He did a chemical treat on these for no more growth. He had all the right equipment and they were done in two hours. I would definitely call him again for any tree or bush removal. He was very knowledgeable about his profession and his price was very reasonable. We enjoyed talking to him.

I called Derek Long the proprietor of "The Branch" to inquire about removing some troublesome Eucalyptus trees. He was onsite within two hours to offer an estimate. He carefully surveyed the job, asked several questions to make sure what my expectations were and offered me a very reasonable quote for the work at hand. He indicated that he could actually do the job the following day if that was acceptable. He arrived the following day exactly on time. He went to work and within a few hours he had removed 6 trees with no damage to the surrounding property. He cut and stacked the wood, ran a Chipper on the foliage and small branches, and cleaned up all the debris. He was off to his next job by lunchtime. Whenever I need this type service again, I will not hesitate to call Derek Long, of "The Branch".
