System Pavers

We were very satisfied with them.

My first contact with System Pavers was at the Denver Home and Garden show this year (2016).  I received a brief explanation of HOW they install the pavers.  I was also told about the warranty; 25 years on the installation and lifetime on the pavers (they make them).  After talking with other vendors, I knew this was a great warranty.  Doug, our salesperson came to the house the next week and showed us a video and samples.  He answered all our questions.  Measured out the patio and some other things I wanted to do in the future.  Drew up a rough layout and gave us the price.  The price is a little more than I expected, but with the warranty, I know I will not need to have this redone anytime soon.  I scheduled the project and was lucky to get it started the next week.  The workers were very nice and professional.  Doug and our foreperson Matt were always readily available and stopped by the project several times to see how it was progressing.    I was able to watch some of the installation and was impressed with the procedure.  In a week my 15 x 30 patio was finished!  They moved two sprinklers and cleaned everything up completely!  I absolutely love the finished patio and would absolutely recommend them to anyone!

Gio, the rep came out and measured our yard and drew up a sketch which took about a half hour and then went over the process of removing our old yard laying down a screen, pavers and sand and showed us pictures in a catalog of the stones and style he was envisioning in our yard. Then came the sell, today only special, in our case veterans day, I've read it is a common pitch with System Pavers, but it is real. We bit and signed the contract that night. We then decide to extend it another 20 feet more than originally planned, so that up charge was on us. But on the crew leader came out to inspect the yard before beginning and he discovered our retaining wall was not deep enough so they would have to add a sitting wall in front of the retaining wall, , a couple grand more, but there was no going back at this point, so we gulped hard and signed the change order, onward we went.
The crew leader came out the first day but was hardly seen again until it was done, I did speak to him on the phone a couple times.  It worked out fine the crew was great, showed up early, worked hard all day then cleaned up our yard, and got it done fairly quickly, plus they did a great job. The yard is so much bigger now, so it seems but not having three uneven surfaces but rather just one... one really nice one just makes it seem so much bigger, it is more usable space.
All in all System Pavers is not the inexpensive route, but they have a 20 year guarantee which is nice piece of mind, they do top notch work and they come when say they are and get it done quickly. I believe you get what you pay for, and System Pavers delivers.

The young man who gave us the estimate and the final deal was excellent, friendly and knowledgeable.  They gave us a firm date to start the work.  They called us about one week before to ask permission to slightly delay the start and we had no problem with that.  On the agreed upon date, a crew showed up on time on the day they said.  Working together the crew removed all the grass in about an hour.  There was a full time Supervisor and the Project Manager stopped by several times during the day.  They finished the complete job in two days, cleaned up well after everything was done.  We had one small problem which they addressed immediately.
A mix of different shades of brick were used and the patterns they made are great.  They offered to "seal" the bricks with a material that would make it "shinier".  We turned this down.  Our only disappointment is perhaps related to this.  The coloring of the bricks fade in the bright sunlight.  I am not sure if the sealant would have prevented this or not.  Obviously the color does not completely fade, but it is noticeable.

We started off with a consultation that was very thorough. No rendering was provided. This might have been helpful to envision the overall finished product. After our consultation, we were provided a general manager/contractor. Work started shortly thereafter, and the initial demolition and installation was extraordinarily fast! 
The quality of work and install was first rate! They do a phenomenal job. It is absolutely a pleasure to show our yard to neighbors and friends. The functionality and transformation from what used to be a largely unusable dirt yard is a welcome relief. The artificial turf is a nice alternative and change from the yard that is primarily hard-scaped.
80-90% of the job was completed within the first week and a half. It was the minor details and finishing touches that took over a month to complete. We were needing to have the pavers sealed, the steps to the second level completed, and patchwork completed on the retaining wall. There were multiple appointments made that were never kept, there were times that were missed, and there were days we were expecting the work to be completed and no one would show up. Calls were made and texts were left to no avail. Eventually calls were made to management to intervene and finally the last items were addressed.
Aside from these inconveniences and missed opportunities for transparent and prompt communication, we are very pleased with the work and the overall cost. Their expertise and experience are very evident in the quality of the work. It seems like the paver system was always part of the original design of our home. They know exactly what you are looking for and then they improve upon what you have described.
I would be happy to use System Pavers again in the near future and would recommend them for you to use them for your landscaping, paving, artificial turf, and outdoor design. I am certain, in the end, you will be happy with the work and the investment.

Very professional and fixed the cracks after 1 year on one call

Wonderful to work with Ronnie and his team. The paver driveway and pathways turned out far better than I ever imagined. All the men who worked on the project were here very promptly in the morning. Ronnie replied very quickly to any concerns I had and was always willing to accommodate my schedule. They finished the work in less time than anticipated. Ronnie has a wonderful eye for design and was able to convert my ideas to exactly what I had in mind. I am VERY happy with the outcome of their work and would (and have) recommended them to everyone who has asked me. I have received numerous compliments on the hardscape at my home from my family, guests and the neighbors. Strongly recommend North County Pavers to anyone!

The paving and artificial turf look great and were done very well. Rafael and his crew are the hardest working guy you could want. Overall the finished project looks great!
I would definatly recommend them to anyone. We are very satisfied with the finished job, Our new front yard looks great!

They were a little pricey and we would use them again in the future.

showed up on time as promised.  Moved all the heavy plant containers and put them back. Were courteous and cheerful. did the job right with no problems encountered

We are very satisfied with the work System Pavers has done for us. We changed our mind a couple of times in the beginning and right after every time we were offered a solution that matched our wish. The work was initiated on time and finished on time and as promised. This was despite an unexpected issue with our plumbing system during the course of the work which System Pavers crew resolved professionally! The whole crew were very professional and courteous. We have another landscaping project down the line for which we sure will use System Pavers again.

Updating my old review. Their Regional Manager(forgot her name) , personally called me and got things resolved. She sent the branch manager(Steve)  to my home , who took the measurement and entertained the old price which was offered to me first day. In terms of job and work , i think they are the best. Really impressed with the work they have done.One side had some issues where they cut pavers , which didnt look good after they put. But they fixed that next day without any issues.Really Professional and good at their job and really happy with the quality of work  Moreover they provided 25 years warranty. Strongly recommend them.

would stay away from System Pavers. They are full of attitude and its just a sales pitch. started from doubled the price and came to half(which is market price) to create a hype.They offer the price and want you to make decision on the spot. Otherwise they dont entertain that price. we call them later and they are not ready to give price.we are texting them and they are not replying for 24 hours + .everytime different terms and conditions

Everything went very well.

I didn't want pavers at all, but my husband did and I was tired of arguing about the back and side yard and just wanted it done! It all worked out great! We didn't feel overly pressured by Steve when he came for the initial visit. His understanding of what could be done on our particular property was a bit different than what the installers were actually capable of and there were some miss communications between the two about design. BUT... everyone was SUPER responsive, available by text, phone, etc. Our project manager, Matt, really seemed to care about the project and our satisfaction. The laborers were excellent. They were prompt, very efficient, and always left a clean area. There were a few unexpected costs, but I am so happy with the quality of work and level of care demonstrated by the whole team that it was well worth it. Thanks guys!!!

My neighbors and everyone else always tell me how great it looks. They hit a sprinkler line while they were doing the work but repaired it. They fixed any damage that occurred. Very clean. They asked me what I wanted to do with the old brick and they offered to move it to the back yard so I could use it for another project. Very honest people to work with.

Smooth sales process.  We got a clear understanding of the job and had a visit prior to the job from the salesman (Dan?) and the project manager.  On the whole the job went very well - they do really good work and we love the results.  The job took a little longer than planned  I think - 1 extra day when they aimed to be done in 2, but that wasn't an issue.  They work to ensure that the customer is very happy with the end result and this caused them some extra work on two things - one minor and one major:

The minor:  the guys were disposing of some earth (they'd removed to lay pavers) at the back of our yard.  Along with the earth they left some cut pavers and some concrete in the piles.  Not very professional and I had to ask to get that cleaned up.

The major: One area was the continuation of an existing two-tone "pattern."  The guys laid the pavers the first time and to me it looked nothing like the existing "pattern" and I asked them to replace the pavers to better match what was there.  They did some and it WAS better.  However they finished the job - edged the area and set the pavers in tight - before I had a chance to inspect.  It was still not good enough for me.  Though to this day the project manager insists the layout is random (in terms of the color mix of the stones) I'm convinced it's not totally random, because there are clear loop patterns, although it's impossible to figure out what the repeating unit of the pattern is!  Anyway I had to insist that they come back and replace several of the pavers of one color for the other.  The project manager did (really good, nice guy - sorry forget his name - it was last September), though he had to drill and hammer the pavers out - not easy - to replace the ones I identified. This process was a hassle for me and especially him, but the end result is really good.

Also they forgot to remind us to clear away everything (furniture, plants, BBQ etc.) near the house where they were laying one area.  When they cut the edge pavers to fit, the fine dust covered EVERYTHING.  I should really have thought about it, but they should know to tell people on the day.  I had to hose everything down to clean it.  But overall - looking back - we do love the results!!

It looks like it’s always been there; it’s just beautiful.  Their work is nothing but outstanding but they did order too many paving bricks and we have 300-400 bricks left over.

The installation team is extremely good.  They do have paperwork issues like any company but the actual work performed was phenomenal. It is an incredible and is phenomenal for curb appeal.  It is like art.

It was an excellent experience.  I was very pleased and found their prices to be reasonable.

Done in two days and looks great!
