System Pavers

I used System Pavers for my backyard project and was not disappointed. They gave me lots of suggestions and helped me choose the pavers that would make my backyard look spectacular. Everyone was very accommodating and easy to work with from the design consultant to the project and construction manager. They kept in contact with me every step of the way and had great communication. System pavers strive to deliver quality work and does not take shortcuts. I highly recommend this company to others and will definitely work with them again!

We cannot say enough good things about System Pavers. We recently had to have our hardscape repaired after a conduit was laid for a solar power system. System Pavers had installed our beautiful hardscape in 2017. After one phone call, a top-notch team from System Pavers arrived to reinstall the pavers that had been removed by the solar construction. Kyle O'Conner, Luis Alonzo and Luis Peaz were professional, friendly and did a fantastic job for us. In fact, when looking at the repaired area, one cannot tell that it was ever disturbed. It looks as great as it did when it was first installed 4 years ago. The team all wore masks and were extraordinarily courteous and careful on our property. They did a walk-around to inspect the entire property's hardscape, and as we had been promised, it was in great shape. Ken Kensick was our design consultant and our contact for this repair. He and the team represented System Pavers wonderfully. We highly recommend System Pavers!

I found system pavers through my Dad who had his driveway redone with paver stones and looked great. Due to their previous workmanship, I had them give a quote for my home. I had systems pavers do artificial turf in my front yard and paver stones in the back yard. They did a wonderful job. I got a fair price for excellent workmanship and quality. Alex Paez and his team onsite were able to bring my vision of my how I wanted my outdoor landscaping to light. they were responsive to my input and proactive in troubleshooting problems that always occur during these type of big renovations. My neighbors have complimented the landscape changes that were made. I highly recommend System Pavers .

In the matter of a few weeks we went from a backyard wasteland full of cracked concrete, broken irrigation lines, a patio that would never drain right to a masterpiece worth being proud of. System Pavers and our project manager Alex were AMAZING. In short order they were able to transform our backyard from a place we never wanted to be to a place that we always want to be. The pavers they installed are amazing, all of the drainage works perfectly, and it is now a safe place for us to enjoy as a family. If you are in the market for some backyard work, call System Pavers first. They are fast, organized, curious and professional. Make sure you ask for Alex and his crew too because they are incredible.

My journey started two years ago when I had this grand idea of what I was going to do with my front and back yard (which were a complete mess). As time went on, the ideas changed quite a bit. It required three separate visits from Heidi and a lot of last minute changes, but I finally came to a design I liked, paid for it, and it was done. I was a difficult customer but everyone at System Pavers was professional and patient with me as we went through the process. Luis was a great project manager. He kept me up to date, answered all my questions, and made sure every issue I brought up was addressed. The project came out perfect and I am 100% happy with the outcome. They are a bit pricey, but there is no point in trying to cut costs when you are doing a big project like this to your house or yard.

I interviewed a number of companies for the renovation of my driveway. It was a ribbon driveway with 2 cement tracks surrounded by dirt. Never having done a project like this I was, of course, nervous about choosing a competent company to complete this expensive project. Although I was impressed with all of the company presentations, I finally chose System Pavers who seemed to be very knowledgeable in both design and construction. They started the job when promised and were always available if I had questions. In particular, Chris, the project manager and Silvia, the design consultant, had given me their phone numbers and quickly returned any calls I made to them. The finished product was beautiful and, as a bonus, completed ahead of schedule.

I was looking to enhance the curbside beauty as well as the functionality of my front yard and my back yard, and System Pavers outperformed any and all expectations and hopes I could have had. From the design created by John (JJ) S., to the superb installation by Luis R. and his outstanding crew, my house was transformed from simply "another house in the neighborhood" to the "talk of the neighborhood". System pavers lived up to their verbal commitments and their written contracts, and throughout the entire 3-week project, checked with me every few days to make certain that the job was being installed to my satisfaction. I increased the job scope along the way, and System Pavers didn't skip a beat! They modified their plans to accommodate my enhancement requests, and finished project is worthy of being advertised in a professional publication. I whole-heartedly recommend System Pavers to anyone considering enhancing the beauty and functionality of their outdoor living areas!

System Pavers did a phenomenal job on our front and back yard remodel. Luis and his crew were courteous and punctual, keeping us aware of the multiple steps of the installation. They made sure the area was cleaned every day and all materials were accounted for. Marco and the guys were wonderful to work with and the finished product makes us the jewel of the neighborhood. I had System Pavers come out to reset a paver on my steps that they installed last year. When the technician arrived I ask him to look at our patio pavers, that they install ten years ago, because the patio pavers were sinking and had become uneven because of the heavy rains we had this year. Ryan immediately said "that is unacceptable" we need to fix that for you. He then told me he had a project being completed in Ramona the next day and he would try and have the guys get right over and fix my patio. He texted me later that day and said the guys would be at our home the next day, which they were. The workman pulled up the pavers, leveled the area, and replace the pavers. They worked most of the day and did a great job. I am commending System Pavers for backing their work and providing outstanding service to their customers. They repaired a patio that they installed ten years ago, without any arguments and did it in one day. That type of service demands a 5 Star review.

The excellent design performed by Paolo Telles received collective approval rating of excellence from family members.....Tom ,the project leader performed superbly in all facets of entire work progression....and finally,the ever meticulous crew leader , Ruben and rest of the crew delivered a beautifully crafted backyard !.....Great job guys !.......THESE GUYS ARE KEEPERS ,

Luke Merrill and Ryan Joffrion and stall were all professional, polite and knowledgeable in their work. Luke was very helpful in design and concept. I would work with them again if I needed more work done

I am extremely happy with System Pavers, Luke displayed integrity and was very reliable, he went above and beyond ensuring my desires and ideas for our backyard were met. Luke is a expert designer. Ryan was my project manager and he did a great job ! I am not always an easy client to get along with due to my high expectations but, I must say he met every expectation. Marco and his crew did an amazing job ! Fast and very hard working. I am very excited for the summer weather to come around so I can enjoy at least 2 of the 3 W's. Luke was great in working with me on options and design, and was able to fit my job in very quickly, and the work was completed before my guests arrived! I've already recommended to a friend and will continue to do so.

Project went as promised beginning to end. Both Luke Merrill and Chris Bennett were professional and responsive and the crew arrived on time each morning. Workmanship and final product was exactly what we had imagined..

Poorly. The key problem was a lack of management and poor quality. Many large contactual mistakes such as the wrong paver pattern, putting on new gates backwards, damaging existing infrastructure (throwing away cap stones and not replacing them), underground wires laid without conduit, irrigation laid only 2 inches underground which had to be redone by subsequent landscaping project. The list goes on and on. Every time they tried to fix a problem, it only got worse. I paid out the contract and just told them to go away.

My name is Phillip Johnson and I’m writing this review to let the supervisors and management of System Pavers know how satisfied and happy my Wife and I are with patio job that was done on my home by Designer, Cindy Wight and Project manager, Dustin Nichols. The work was done professionally and in a timely fashion. The men that did the work were awesome. Bottom line, the results are fantastic. We will certainly call System Pavers for any jobs we may have in the future.

Everything was done quickly and expertly. Matt the project manager was very responsive to all requests.

System Pavers are excellent - Emily Kaye-Eddie was wonderful from start to finish. Highly recommend them.

I paid the $1000 down payment and submitted an architectural plan to my HOA that included the drawings provided by System Pavers. The HOA rejected the plan because they required the highly detailed drawings of professional architect quality (like an AutoCAD drawing). After about 2 months of back and forth with my HOA and System Pavers, I decided to cancel the project. System Pavers did refund the entire $1000 after putting lots of hours into trying to make the project happen. The project would likely have happened if System Pavers had worked directly with the HOA and could produce an acceptable drawing as was the case with my previous landscape/hardscape projects.

Excellent. Work was done in a professional, timely manner. Would recommend these people to anyone. Might be a little more expensive, but definitely worth the it.
