Statewide Fumigation

Steve, the owner of Pro-Ex, returned my calls and followed up with me on the status of my fumigation and also after it was completed to make sure that I was satisfied.

Statewide was a sub contractor I used through AG Pest Control and although I am not fond of subs I trusted AG Pest. The experience went smoother and better than I expected. They showed up in force and started to tent the house. I was a little shocked when I saw them digging so deep around the house to secured the tent, but was assured I would never notice when they were done. I was also a little uncomfortable leaving my house and key with the person in charge, but he was very professional and explained the whole process. We were told we could returned after 10:30am on the 2nd day. We returned early thinking we would have to wait and found our house completely restored back to original condition. The tent was off, all the dirt, bark and rocks were back in place and all the cement was cleaned off. We were very happy with Statewide Fumigation and AG Pest and would definitely recommend and use them again.

Went pretty well despite some negative reviews I read about Statewide. I called and used ANTAC for my termite inspection and contract, however they subcontracted the tenting and termite fumigation to Statewide. ANTAC explained this to me, so it was no big deal. Statewide knew what they were doing, they were professional and addressed all my concerns. I had no issues. They were especially careful with my tile roof here in San Diego, and they made an extra effort to protect some of my shrubs, which were close to the house, from the fumigation process. They broke about six tiles on my roof (normal), but their tile guy replaced them all after the job was complete. If you know what to expect when tenting for termites, the process should go pretty smoothly. It's not fun, but Statewide did a good job.
