Quality First Heating and Air

Fantastic customer service, quality workmanship, all at a very reasonable price. We woke up in the morning in the midst of a heat wave to find that our A/C had failed during the night. The air circulated but it was not cool. Spent the morning calling several heating and A/C repair businesses and as one would expect everyone was booked into the following week. I contacted Quality First and spoke to Rick, the president of the company. He said that all his technicians were scheduled but that, based on my description, he thought he knew what might be the problem and that he would come out and take a look himself. He arrived in a few hours, quickly diagnosed the problem and returned a few hours later with the part. In less than six hours from my first phone call we were up and running again just in time for the 100 degree afternoon. The next day he called back just to check and make sure everything was alright. It doesn’t get much better than that. We can’t thank Rick and Quality First enough.

Excellent. The work was well done, professionally executed, and performed in less than one working day. Clean-up was better than most, and the non-functioning units were hauled away. The original estimator came by the next day after installation and made sure everything was working well, testing vents with a laser device to assure us, and them, of satisfactory performance.

Great! We bought a home that did not have AC over the winter. We were quoted almost $11k from a previous company, and this was just for a unit that would have taken up backyard space, and required electrical work. We decided to call Quality First to get a second quote. Not only were they considerably cheaper, he also saved us from having an ac unit put in our backyard taking up precious space. He suggested a slimmer ac that could fit on the side of the house which also brought down the cost of the electrical work (something having to do with distance) and we also decided to replace the furnace and get a special air filtration system. So pretty much we got a brand new slim ac unit that is tucked away out of the way, furnace and air filtration system cheaper than what another company had quoted us just for the ac unit. In addition, they came ASAP to do the installation and completed the work that day, which happened to be a very hot one! He worked with us on financing and sent us information on the different types of programs that are out there. Rick really knows his stuff and we are grateful for him educating us! Rick and his crew were very professional, punctual, and worked quickly. I truly appreciate them working so **** ** a hot day to ensure my family would be comfortable. The AC is nice and cold, and we are very happy!
