From the time I was contacted to the time the issue was resolved was one week. For mold removal, re-testing and removal of equipment that was extremely efficient and good use of time. The staff was pleasant and respectful of my space.

I have been working with Reuben and his company for the past 10 years plus. I manage multiple properties in the San Diego area, mostly North County. I know I can rely upon Rueben and his crew to be responsive and professional. They explain the procedures they will be using and why they needed to do certain things. I am a real estate agent and was representing a buyer when we discovered mold. Reuben was absolutely amazing and met me at the property the next day and on a Saturday no less. His company was able to start the job that Monday and the mold and it’s cause were gone by mid week. It cost much less than I expected too! The stains were terrible, thick black charcoal sludge (sorry for the graphics) soaking into the weave of the carpet. I tried some carpet cleaner on one of the stains and realized it was just not coming out. It was like the charcoal had dyed the fibers. So I called Torrey Pines Carpet Cleaning in a panic,explaining the situation. I have used them often, and know they're good. They got right back to me, saying Reuben would fit me in that morning. He was worried when he saw it, explaining charcoal is a natural dye, plus the stains had stomach acid in them as well. But he went to work and produced a miracle. He got the carpet completely clean, the whole stain up and out. I am wow'd once again at how much I can count on Reuben and Torrey Pines Carpet Cleaning, whose whole team is knowledgeable, friendly, trustworthy, and professional.

They come every six months and they turn our carpets looking beautiful. They have a very cheerful can-do attitude. We are in a condom complex with a very long walk with a lot of stairs from the street to the garage. A lot of carpet cleaners said that it was too far and that they couldn?t do it. They were ready to do it and they did a beautiful job. They were very thorough and they did a lot of spot treatments for me. They are wonderful and I would use them again.

We adopted a dog who turned out not to be house trained, and he did a number on our carpets. Once the training was finished, we called TP Carpet Cleaning to come out and try to undo the damage. We had treated the stains ourselves but they were still very bad. The tech (Tyson, I believe) worked very hard to try and get the stains out. They do look better, but by and large, the stains are still there. He treated the carpets thoroughly with enzymes as well. We were already pretty sure that the stains wouldn't come out before he showed up, so we were not disappointed, and the carpets are at least clean now. We felt he did the best job that could be done under the circumstances. Also, I had forgotten to show him the walk in closets, and he had already quoted me the price, so he cleaned those for free which I really appreciated. All in all, it was a good experience and I would use them again.

It went very well. I was able to request an appointment online. I received a follow-up email with time selections within a day and had a confirmed appointment on my desired date within a day. The cleaner was about an hour late, but the office called to let me know in advance (a previous job had run over time). They were extremely polite and professional and I was very satisfied with the service and will use them again.

They were excellent, outstanding service. They were prompt and friendly. I have been really pleased with them.

Everything got cleaned. I prefer steam cleaning but they used a dry version that worked out fine. They spent extra time on certain carpet spots to make sure it got cleaned. They put extra time and labor into corners where the carpet meets the wall.

Although my carpets were in need of a cleaning, I contacted Torrey Pines Carpet Cleaning to clean my Family Room Microfiber sectional sofa only. They scheduled an appointment for the same week that I called and Tyson, the service technician, came right on schedule. He was friendly and professional. He quoted $144 to clean and Scotchgard the 2-6 foot sections of the sofa and then offered to clean the carpet in my Family Room for free. I then asked him for a quote on the downstairs office carpet and he told me $20.00. Seemed like a bargain to me, so I asked if he had time to do both rooms in addition to the sofa. After he had finished, he cleaned the bottom few stairs in my entry, then on to the rest of the stairs after he told me he'd charge only $35 more (another bargain because my staircase is splits into 2 staircases halfway up!). The whole job took about 2.5 hours and the carpet and sofa look great! I'd definitely hire them again, when I'm ready to have the rest of the house done!

This Company is just great! They are very professional starting with the person who answers the phone. They are on time and the price is fair and exactly what they quote. This is the third or fourth time we've used them (we have dogs) and will not try another company as we have had excellent results. We have lived in this area for over 25 years and used many different companies during that time.

Reuben and Chris put in hours cleaning the tile and the stubborn grout, then sealing the grout, then coming back again to remove any residue left by their cleaning. In the end, the tile looked beautifully clean and renewed. They were hard working, professional and friendly, willing to listen to any concerns I had, and expressing their desire to do whatever it took to leave us satisfied with their service. I'd hire them again in a heartbeat.

Worst carpet cleaning I ever had. Technician Reuben was in and out within an hour and had very little interaction with me. He was all packed up and ready to go before he let me know he was finished. Stains in Master Bedroom came back within a week and looked worse than it did before it was cleaned. I should have called for a re-do, but it seemed pointless.

This company showed up on time. I found their employees to be friendly and professional. They did a good job cleaning my carpets and the price was great. I would use this company in the future.

First off, I think he was a little expensive for what he had to do. Then he said that he wouldn't be able to get the stains out of the hallway carpet and that was what I really wanted done. The rest of the job was okay, but I still have the stains that he should have been able to get out.

They did a superb job, including removing stains that I really did not expect would come out, some of them chronic stains that had been there through previous cleanings by other companies. The crew was smart and helpful. I will definitely use this company again in the future.

The company is local and they have a great response time. We had a party the night before and got some stains on our carpet. They did a good job getting them out. They are very personal and trustworthy.

Torrey Pines Carpet Cleaning did a fairly good job on the general cleaning of all the carpets in my home. There were some heavy traffic areas they were not able to completely clean. They were on time though and moved all the furniture and replaced it. I am not certain if I would call on them the next time the carpets need to be done.
