Palomar did a great job helping me deal with a burst pipe that led to flooding of my walls. Randy, the mitigation manager, came out right away and was very upfront and detailed about the whole process as well honest about everything and incredibly respectful. They came highly recommended by my friend who owns an appliance repair company and I see why. I had another company come out to quote me before them and it felt very pushy like it was a sales call and they wanted to close me right then but I’m sure glad I had Palomar come out. When you’re already dealing with a high stress situation you want someone you feel is there to help you and that you can trust. Company is 5/5 and I would not hesitate to recommend then for any mitigation needs.

Randy will only tell you what is true and what needs to be done about it. Every time I’ve worked with him he’s always trying to save me money while keeping my family’s safety and comfort as his top priority.
