Ogden Flooring Center

When we decided to re-carpet our home we researched several major flooring companies on Yelp and Angie's List and found a few with good reviews. An article I read, however, noted that the best deals often can be found at smaller, family-run flooring stores. I happened to see the Ogden Flooring store by chance when I was in the area and stopped in late on a Sunday afternoon. The owner had just locked the door as I pulled up but agreed to reopen to take care of me. It was indicative of the attention and level of customer service that I came to expect from Aaron, Stu, and John. We decided to go with Ogden for the job. They were able to obtain the color, brand, and quality of carpet we wanted at a somewhat lower price than their larger main competitor for the job. While it took about a month to get the carpet (the manufacturer had run out and we had to wait for a new production run), it was worth the wait. The carpet was installed this past weekend (Jan. 15-17, 2016) and it looks terrific. Emilio and his colleague Rojelio (I'm not certain about the spelling of the latter's name) were prompt, friendly, and did a great job, working long hours over the three days to make sure that the job was done right and within the time frame specified. Anyone looking for carpeting would do well to consider Ogden Flooring. We are very happy with the results they achieved for us.
