Very, very nice. They are trained to do counters and then floors. Things on counters are replaced in a cluttered manner without setting up in a nice manner so you have to do that. They insist on their own vacuum so your home gets dust from what was in the home of others. Really very nice and wanting to please but so many things are an extra charge and it's one of most expensive as it is. Mixed feelings since they were nice.

It didn't go well. they were very bad cleaners.

They are excellent and reliable. They are very very good. My current team is very good. I would miss them if they didn't. The best cleaning crew I have had.

way too expensive & they were supposed to call & let me know when they started & finished but did not. They never communicated with me to forewarn about cost. Disappointed with experience. House was relatively well cleaned but the overall experience was not good.

I would recommend them to a family member or friend. They got the house very clean. They did what my wife asked them to do.

They do a good job. They are courteous and will do what we ask. They are hard workers in a physical job.

At the time I had an empty house that needed cleaning prior to moving in. My primary complaint is that they charge by the hour and simply stretch out the time it takes to clean to run up the bill. After 4 1/2 hours they hadn't finished the house and informed me that it would take an additional 1 1/2 hours to finish! I told them to stop since the cost was already getting out of hand. (over $300) My second complaint is that despite the amount of time and cost, the areas that they cleaned were not up to expectations. I would NOT recommend using this cleaning service.

I have used them before and will always use them. They are friendly and I have some other things in common with them.

They did a good job and are competent. I am always happy with how the house looks when they are through and I will use them again in the future.

I got them through Angie's List. I wish that I had been able to use Molly Maid of North County San Diego but they don't come to Encinitas which is where I live and so, they referred me to their San Marcos's branch that I was not totally happy with. They did a good job in general but they did not pay enough attention to the detail. A couple of throw rugs were not properly vacuumed as they still had a lot of dust and cat hair on them. A bathroom sink still had a lot of residue and some soap scum. There were little things like that and I am very picky. I wished that they had paid more attention to small details like that. They will be coming out on Friday and it would only be their third time. The one thing that I was not happy about was that there were two different crews on two different occasions. Once you have a crew in, you would like to have the same people back again so that you could get used to each other but that was not the case.

Molly Maids took over from a private individual, as our housecleaning service. Molly Maids has cleaned our house three times. In each instance they arrived on-time, cleaned the house very well and quickly, and overall were very professional. The maids drive company cars to the job site and bring all of their own equipment and cleaning supplies. That approach makes Molly Maids very efficient and effective. We've had a different cleaning crew every time, and experienced no variation in quality or efficiency with the different crews. Overall we recommend Molly Maids.

While the $140 seems a tad expensive, they are insured and bonded, which is very reassuring. They do a very good job, and unlikely prior housecleaning services, I never have to do a clean up after the cleaning. I love coming home after work when they've been at the house, because everything is spotless. Beyond the slightly steep price, they also have a tendency to change the time of day that they come to clean the house. This isn't particularly a bad thing, but it does mean that my dog sometimes has to spend all day in the garage instead of just half a day. If they were more consistent with what time they showed up, we could have the dogwalkers bring her in or out of the garage accordingly. I would recommend them to anyone.

I wasn’t there when they came. The guy over the phone, who arranged everything sounded very nice. The price was reasonable for an emergency use.

They did an adequate job, but I had to keep an eye on them while they worked since they tended to take long breaks. The vacuum cleaner they brought turned out to be broken, so I had them come back the next day with an operational vacuum. On day two, I also had to ask them to clean the oven (which they had forgotten) and scrub the shower surround again since my landlord did not find it acceptably clean. I was happy that they didn't charge me extra to come back the second day, but it was something of a hassle. The manager was very pleasant and apologetic on the phone. I probably would not use them again. You get what you pay for! I did another round of cleaning after they were done, and I ended up getting back my full deposit from the landlord. Whew.

Arrived on time , in fact they were early. Went right to work and cleaned all baths, kitchen living room and dining room, den, wiped down cabinets, cleaned hardwood floor. dusted. I couldn't have been more pleased with the outcome. These gals are true professionals. I am having Molly Maid come in on a monthly basis. Frederick

I got them from Angie's List. I am having them come out on a monthly basis to keep the house clean. I spend on a monthly basis. They are very thorough, very efficient, and very pleasant. I would highly recommend them. It is an excellent company. They do a wonderful job. They do everything that they say they are going to. The price could be cheaper.

Overall, I had a good experience using Molly Maids of San Marcos and would recommend them to others in need of a cleaning service.

Arranged appointment over phone for 1 week later in workweek. Nobody called to confirm or say late, nobody came, checked back hours after due to come on arranged day to find no appointment on system.

They did a really nice job. They were on time and were very professional. I was really happy with their work.

It was fantastic! It took longer than they quoted me, but my house was in definite need of cleaning. They arrived on time with their own equipment. The 2 women did the standard vacuuming and bathrooms. Then they went beyond and wiped down my ceiling fans and blinds. They even did the few dishes in the sink and emptied the crumbs out of my toaster! The house was sparkling clean when my mother-in-law came to stay.

My husband and I were very pleased and impressed with the overall cleaning. The cleaners were very professional and had everything cleaned in two hours. I will definitely use them again.

ALL THE STAFF I HAVE DEALT WITH HAVE BEEN VERY POLITE AND PROFESSIONAL. THE PRICE IS NOT UNREASONABLE (PER VISIT) GIVEN THAT THERE ARE 2-3 PEOPLE WHO CLEAN AND THEY ARE BONDED.
