The employees are great, efficient and clean. They've done mainly touch up work and some painting.

It went well. After checking out several possible contractors we selected Masing Construction. We had a pretty good idea of what we wanted but Boyd Masing and the project supervisor Jim had many helpful suggestions which made things turn out even better. All the people that worked on the project were polite, friendly & cleaned up when done. The drain had to be completely drilled out and replaced, which was a large project in itself. I had never actually seen some of the various parts of the process done before such as the hot mop process.The tilework turned out beautiful. The only problem that had to be surmounted was that the vanity arrived with drawers on the wrong side but they changed the plumbing slightly so no time was lost and it is a nice piece of furniture. I was so used to someone being here working that it's almost strange having the project done.

After 5 days of continuous rain from the SW, we noticed water on our kitchen floor and on the baseboards at our south facing wall. Also the same thing in one bedroom and bathroom on a SW facing wall. We contacted the builder since we were within the 10 year time frame, and they sent out Masing Construction (they were NOT the original builder) to evaluate the situation. Masing arrived with their crew and did a water intrusion test in the affected areas. This involved first tearing out the drywall to expose the studs, insulation and back side of the black, waterproofing layer which was behind the exterior stucco. As they did this test, it was obvious where the leaks were, and the areas in need of repair. Having had several other mediocre or bad experiences with other construction companies, I was quite apprehensive about the amount of destruction which was needed to perform the repairs. But each and every worker did a superior job at whatever particular task they were doing. They were not micromanaged, and were quick, professional and knew what they were doing. At the end of every work day, we were able to continue our life in the house with minimal disruption. Masing located the water leaks with precision, and I was amazed at their ability to locate leaks, even several feet away from where I though the leaks would originate. I was kept informed about each step of the process, and when their supervisor was not physically present, he was easily reachable by cell phone. When they completed their work, our home was in much better shape than initially, and you would be hard pressed to find their repairs. It was simply amazing how well they were able to integrate their repairs with the surrounding parts of the walls, exterior and color matching. Masing Construction and all of their workers, did not damage any uninvolved areas, there was nothing missing from our stuff, and no damage to the plants in the yard, near the exterior walls. They even located some additional nearby areas outside and inside, which needed repair work and were not involved with the original water intrusion. Masing Construction repaired these as well, and incorporated those repairs into the areas they were still working on. The price couldn't have been better, since the cost of repairs was handled completely by the original builder, since it was their problem in the original construction. The entire repair process took about 2-3 weeks from start to finish. I am completely satisfied with the superior quality which Masing Construction performed. Each one of their people was skilled, courteous and clean. Each one knew his task, and did not waste time in doing it. I can't say enough about the professionalism, superior knowledge and skills of the people who work for Masing. I have used them again, since this water intrusion problem, and will use them again in the future. It is an honor to be able to recommend Masing Construction to others, and I trust your experience with them will also be pleasant, prompt and accurate. I apologize for this late review of work performed in 2011, but in 2012, Masing Construction also did minor repairs on our home, and my experiences then were identical with that described above.

Masing's estimate was near the middle of the four that we solicited for a complete bathroom remodel, but we selected them for the job due to their responsiveness and professionalism. We were not dissappointed with our choice. Boyd and Jim kept us well informed of progress and activities during the course of the 3 week job, they appropriately managed any challenges that came up, and accommodated all of our changes, and even took great care to manage even the little details. They completed the work on time, and on budget. This was an excellent experience and we will certainly use Masing for any future work.

Masing does excellent work. I've had several workers from the company here working at different times. They all have been of the highest quality, and very honest. They have only worked outside for me, but I know they do work inside too. Their pricing is competitive. They cleaned up after themselves every day, and the place was spotless! I wouldn't use any one else.

They were great! The two words I have are: very responsive and very thorough. They made certain we got what we wanted.

Masing Construction did a terrific job. They had done some warranty work for us earlier, and that's how we got in touch with them. They had done some work on our steps earlier, and they were very good. Their price was very fair. There was some work going on every day, and it took them about 2 to 3 weeks to finish the work. They had some subcontractors come in, and they were all good. They were licensed and were very confident people. We will use them again.

Our 25 year old home, previously a rental and when we reclaimed the house, it was in dire need of repair and updating. After interviewing many Contractors, we decided to hire Boyd Masing from Masing Construction for our total home remodeling project. We can honestly say that was the best decision that we made, because Boyd and his crew were extremely professional, on time and on budget, with a quality of work that exceeded our expectations. There was no task from A to Z requested that was unattainable for Boyd and if there was ever a concern that was brought up from us, his reply was “no problem, consider it done” and it was, without delay.
