It was a total pleasure working with Harry. He communicates extremely, shows up on time, does great work, and is priced very affordably. In addition, he cares about his work and has a great customer bed-side manner. I consider this a no-brainer choice and would use him again if I have any other locksmith needs.

I communicated with Harry through e-mails about the door problems. He suggested what kind of door lever i should get. He came over to replace it and even adjusted the lock too.

I called him about 10 am, told him that my elderly mom's key had been stolen. Harry was very friendly and professional on the phone,and wanted to give my mother "peace of mind." Turns out he was in the area, and arranged to "slip" my job in just as soon as he could. The entire job was done within two hours, at the exact quoted price. I called Locksmith Central at 5:15 PM on a Tuesday hoping that someone would pick up. A very personable gentleman named Harry did. I told him that I?d just installed new locks but that they weren?t lining up properly with the old holes and that the matter needed to be addressed quickly. Harry asked, ?Would tomorrow work for you?? Perfect! When he arrived and inspected the problem, it required some major surgery as far as I was concerned?drilling, dremeling, chiseling and lots of rejiggering. ?I won?t leave till you?re happy with the results,? he said. I couldn?t have been happier with his attitude and perfectionism. He took his time until everything worked flawlessly and then only charged $45 for a basic service call just as he'd promised. WOW! Originally Harry installed new front door handle sets that we had procured...and all went extremely well , on time, and he was the consummate professional. we had him come back today to adjust the strike plate as our door may have shifted. He was Johnny on the spot and took care of the issue with a "no charge" this time. I would highly, and I mean I normally do not pass out these compliments, but "highly recommend him to anyone.

Harry laughed saying he didn't want to call me back immediately, since I messaged him at 3am...but when we connected at 8, he was more than willing to make the drive up to Oceanside after his first appointment. He showed up in his really amazing Toyota Prius that he's turned into a mobile locksmith workshop, and told me how much it'd cost and volunteered the Angie's List discount. It took hardly anytime at all -- he's a real pro. I really enjoyed watching Harry do his stuff, and we shared a few stories. Harry is scared of snakes, so please throw a rubber snake at him...and tell him Charlie in Oceanside put you up to it. He mounted a new latch on my sliding glass door at no charge. He figured out what I'd been struggling with for weeks in about 5 minutes. He's the guy you want to know when you lock yourself out of your car, need your house keys changed, or anything of the sort. Door locked broke in closed position between garage and house. Called Harry and he immediately tried to talk me through a fix that failed. With available time between appointments, he stopped by and had to break out the jammed internal latch mechanism and replaced it with a used one, that he provided for free. I?m a happy man and very appreciative.

Fantastic! Harry returned my call within 30 minutes. He squeezed us in late Friday afternoon, even though it meant he was driving from far away. When his earlier appointment canceled, he called and offered to come early. It worked out great for us. He was friendly and professional. He got right to work, but took time to examine our existing keys and see if they matched other locks in the house. His price was very reasonable. I would recommend him.

We recently moved into our home and since it had been a flip house, it's hard to know how many keys were floating around. We called Harry based on the reviews here, and he told us when he could be here. He showed up as promised, got right to work and all of our locks now have new keys. He is such a nice man, and does a great job. We recommend him without reservation.

From the time I spoke with Harry on the phone, I knew I was dealing with a professional. He called me back when he said he would, came at the time he said he would, was efficient and quick. His pricing was great and he was such a joy! I would recommend Harry any time with no hesitations whatsoever.

Harry was FANTASTIC! When I called him, I wasn't even sure if he could fix my issue so he recommended that I take pictures of the gate & text them to him so that he could triage it over the phone. After determining that he could, indeed, fix my gate he was very flexible in scheduling a time, was reasonable in pricing the cost to replace the handle & offered options on how to go about the fix. He even lubricated and troubleshooted an issue that he noticed on one of my other metal gates for free! He definitely put time & effort into making sure that the job was done correctly and left the area clean & tidy when he was done.

Harry was incredible. I called him last week and explained what I thought was wrong (broken thumb pad). I told him it was a Baldwin set. He told me to call Baldwin (and provided me with the number)000 as I am the original owner of the home because Baldwin has a fantastic warranty. He said I could call him when I received the part OR I could have him come out and fix it with his in-stock parts! WOW! He wanted to save me money??? So I called Baldwin, they sent me the parts (looked like all the inner workings of my front door hardware and MORE), then I called Harry yesterday. He said he would call or text me as soon as he could get to my house. He called this morning and since my office is 5 minutes from home, I was able to meet him over lunch. Less than an hour later the door was completely fixed, he told me what was wrong and what he was doing to fix it. He showed me what to keep for future repairs in case something would go wrong. He then asked me where I found him (Angie's List), and then gave me a discount! Fabulous job, did NOT try to upsell me on anything, saved me money TWICE (Baldwin and discount). I would DEFINITELY call Harry again.

The provider was late however showed professionalism in calling in advance to notify us that he would be late. He then made several more calls to keep us abreast of his status. He went to work immediately on replacing the tumblers as we requested. His work was quick however one of the locks does not work very well with any of the keys we were provided. I chnaged that lock to a seldom used door to resolve the problem for us.
