Had both Rafael and Jose out this time. (This is the second time since February-different problems). The last storm we had left my side yard with standing water on a concrete walk. This was landscaping draining and is very thin walled. They explained that because of the thin construction there was a probability that the snake would break it. I really couldn't replace it because it was under concrete that was poured between a retaining wall and the foundation. Because of the coming storm I told them that the drain wasn't doing any good as it was and to try. The were very careful and worked on it for over three hours. The took a very large amount of roots and debris out and finally got it cleared. They didn't give up until it was open and now I don't have to worry about it flooding my garage. Thanks guys.

Called Lemus based on homeowners association chat room recommendations. Jose arrived on time and cleared the clog quickly and efficiently. Cleaned up the mess and was gone. Very professional. Would use again.

Rafael and Jose were on time and very professional. Very kind. They had to cut a couple of holes in our garage wall and ceiling to find the exact location of the leak. They discovered several joints in the piping that the original developer put in when the house was built. The leak had been going for quite some time and coroded the piping. They rerouted the pipe from the ceiling to the wall to avoid so many joints creating a more direct line. They did a good job at a very fair price. I really like these guys, it took a couple of hours because of what had to be done, but they got it completed and no more leaks. I will most certainly go back to them if we discover future problems with plumbing.

They were punctual and dressed professionally. However, I used a HOMEOWNER service to refer their work. They are unethical! Marcos asked me to bail on the service (First American Home Warranty) and simply contract him as our personal plumber to save money. He then tried to upsell me. instead of repairing the toilet, why don't I use him to install a brand new one. He'd give me a great deal. 33 days later, the toilet flapper he installed did not work. Here is his response....cut and pasted. Is this the kind of service provider you'd hire a second time? Not me! Marco Lemus Aug 30 To my email..... My bathtub faucets kept leaking. The plumbing was old and worn out. He recommended a better setup, went back to the shop to get the right one that fit exactly and installed it perfectly.

Came same day to replace water Valves so new washer and dryer could be installed

The Plumber arrived, evaluated a clogged drain and another bathroom faucet with low output. He diagnosed both problems and fixed them within 30 minutes. Excellent service!

They came to the house and fix it within two hours. They were very professionalism and their soldering job was fabulous. I would definitely use them again.
