+ 0 moreThe computer mousse and software is the problem. The power supply I received was not the one I ordered. It would be too costly to return by mail and am on crutches and do not want to go to the store for that reason.
Description of Work: I used them to purchase a new computer mousse.

+ -1 moreThe manager stated that no exceptions under no circumstances. Since I interpret this to mean even for defective items, it is a rule I do not agree with and will probably not purchase any items there again. I have been a steady cusomer in the past.
Description of Work: Purchased a DVD on sale and it was only able to operate with a BluTooth DVD player, which I do not own. Tried to exchange it and was told absolutely not. The reverse of the sales receipt states no exchanges or refunds. This evidently apllies even if the item is defective, which I thought it was.
