Duracite

The first appointment was delayed 5 days. The Andrea was a delight and the wait was worth it. She made us feel comfortable and answered all our questions. Our next appointment was suppose to be scheduled within 2-3 days. We waited 5 days and called the customer service number to find out why we had not been contacted. Had to give all our personal information for the 3rd time. Then was told they could not help us and that we needed to contact the local service center. We were given the number and when we called we found out they were closed. I guess my complaint to the 1-800 service number about wasting my time taking information that should have already been entered and since they were not going to help us it made even less sense. Cause we were contacted by the corporate office and all the remaining appointments were already scheduled by them. Rest of the experience was flawless. The counter top installer stayed until the job was done completely and correct. Overall I would use them again could not give them a 100% good review withe the scheduling problems, but the service people is the reason I would use them again...
