Description of work: I found this glass company on Angies's list . My call was answered promptly by the owner, Steve who was very helpful in answering my questions and advising me what type of glass and features would best serve my needs. I called on a Tuesday and received a call on Thursday of the same week that my glass top was ready to be delivered. The owner personally delivered it . On the day of delivery he called to update me on the expected delivery time. Comments: The quality of work was excellent. I greatly appreciated the the customer service and responsiveness shown by Steve which was exceptional . I will use Steve again to replace the windows in my home I am very pleased that Angie's list provided the opportunity for me to connect with such an outstanding business.

One pane was shattered in one section. We decided to have both sections replaced since the other one was foggy from moisture between the panes. They were professional and thorough. They removed the shattered glass and cleaned up completely. I love being able to see out of my clear sliding glass doors. I would definitely hire again.

It was a bit of a tricky cut and I was worried about it fitting right. It was perfect! They missed the delivery date by a day but were very apologetic and delivered it for free - so I was still happy. I would use them again. Nice guys!

The shower door removal and replacement took an entire day. Tom is meticulous in his attention to the smallest detail and my wife and I are very pleased with our new frame-less, rain-pattern shower doors. The raising of the bathroom vanity included the removal of the old vanity top, sink, faucet and drain pipes. The height was raised by framing the existing vanity with 4 1"x4" boards and installing a new counter top, vessel sink, and single-handle faucet. The drain pipes (PVC) were replaced at my request. There was some minor damage to the drywall which was patched, primed and painted. The 3 exhaust fans were all original to the house (1985 builder grade). Steve replace all the fans - one in each bathroom and 1 in the laundry room - with new more powerful and quieter exhaust fans. At my request, all the duct work was replaced as well.The exhaust fans and duct work replacement required Steve to spend the best part of a day in my 120 degree attic. He took only 2 breaks - one to ask for clarification on a duct issue and one for water. After explaining the work that would be involved in reversing the existing master bathroom vs. replacing it with a pre-hung door, we opted for the pre-hung door. It was purchased and installed in a quick and timely manner. The door came primed and Steve painted it to match our bathroom color. The 2 screen doors were quick work for Steve.We continue to be impressed with the professionalism and attention to detail. The flexibility to adapt to changes and our requests were met with verbal assurance that it would be no problem to accomplish. At the end of each work day there was little to indicate that work was in progress as they cleaned up so well. We highly recommend Double Play Glass.

My wife & I were extremely pleased with not only their work ethic but also their professionalism. We were so happy with the end product that we decided to have the rest of our old aluminum-framed, single-pane windows replaced as well. Tom and Steve were respectful of our home and took great pains to clean up as each stage of the work was completed. They replaced a wood exterior decorative 2"x6" window outline piece, caulked and painted the new one. This was not in the contract and we not charged for it. It had been accidently damaged during the garden window removal.
