Description of Work: For over 10 years my wife and I lamented that our "super duper" Bose Acoustimass 5 entertainment system, installed when the home was built, never sounded really good - despite repeated attempts to have specialists come in and adjust it. We could have saved ourselves thousands of dollars and years of frustration had we discovered Custom Home Audio Integration long before finally doing so last spring. While so many others talk a good game these people actually walk it! From the initial consultation to the final finely tuned adjustment several things were quite clear about the owner, Dave MacLeod: 1) he takes time to really listen in determining exactly what the customer wants, 2) is highly competent in matching a personally designed system to achieve the desired outcome, 3) is excellent at presenting the customer with a range of options and translating technical jargon to in clear, easy to understand terms and 4) dedicated to executing the installation to the customer's complete satisfaction. Our new system is now 6 months old and we still find ourselves spontaneously blurting to one another, "Can you believe how incredible this sounds?!" |In addition to the entertainment overhaul we also had Custom Home Audio install a surveillance system. Again the process from design to installation and activation was conducted with superior attention to making sure we understood the range of capabilities in different systems, features vs. costs, and, especially important to us, the finished appearance of the system. The entire crew of meticulous installers did a beautiful job, treating our home as if were their own. Six unobtrusive cameras strategically placed now give us 24/7, 3600 real time (and recorded) viewing capability from anywhere in the world! |Both installations provided logistical challenges and technical bugs that required follow up visits to correct. Dave was always very pleasantly responsive and armed with multiple theories about the issues and ideas to fix them - ultimately 100 percent successfully. We cannot be happier to recommend this company and do so without reservation. As a retired teacher I am of the opinion this company deserves more than simply an A!

Description of Work: I had ceiling speakers in my family room and in the gym that were not connected properly. They got everything working properly to my satisfaction.

Description of Work: This is an outstanding service provider. Home was a total remodel and they installed 3 LED/Plasma TV's with speakers and all other necessary items for a first class audio/visual system in 3 rooms. First they had to rewire the home which took about a day and a half to prepare for the installation. Then they compleded the installation working with the cable company to make sure things went smoothly. They also worked with my computer installer so that the wireless signal could be sustained thoughout the entire home. It was a complicated job that was done to my complete satisfaction and the price was fair considering all of the work that was done and the high quality equipment that was installed.
