Description of Work: The computer shut down inexplicably. Norm & his staff examined it, upgraded the RAM, fixed the problem & recommended a new keyboard.

+ -1 moreI DID NOT LIKE THE SERVICE I RECEIVED. THEY SHOULD HAVE RECOMMENDED A NEW COMPUTER INSTEAD OF FIXING THE OUTDATED ONE, WHICH WAS NOT WORTH THE COST OF THE REPAIR.
