+ -1 moreTHIS VENDOR IS MISLEADING AND DOES NOT COMMUNICATE. I hired this company to clean my 3 bed 3 bath condo (move out cleaning for rental property) overall condition of the home was fair (not mint clean or a disaster). I shopped around and every quote I received was and hourly rate for 2 cleaners and generally at 4 hours. Gabriella quoted me a rate of $35 per hour. What she didn’t tell me was that it was PER PERSON! This made her company appear less expensive, but in fact the company is the same as price as other vendors. Additionally, she did not tell me how many people would come out to clean or call me to ask me what my desired expectations were. Instead, she let herself into my rental (with lock back access) with THREE cleaners (@ $35 per cleaner per hour) and apparently cleaned for FOUR hours, totaling 12 man-hours and an astonishing $420 bill. Adding insult to injury, she didn’t even do a thorough job. I sent her photos to prove it and she had to come back to remedy her deficiencies. Bottom line, I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY.
