I was very impressed by the quick response to my request for a quote. Fidel came out at the time he scheduled and went on the roof and took pictures. He prepared a quote onsite and shared the pictures and concerns regarding what he saw. We arranged a date for the repair and he was here at the time and date arranged. A very professional and well spoken contractor. I would highly recommend to any of my friends or family.

I had a relatively small job to complete-replace a few missing tiles and seal the pipes. They came out extremely quickly and did the job correctly. Even cleaned up after themselves--very rare for contractors!!!!

He did a R&R of the existing tile and replaced all new double layered paper with Class A fire ratings, flashings, new bird-stop, all new flashings, and mortar at all of the ridge areas. Very pleased with the quickness of Fidel coming out to give an estimate and performing the work. Only Con I had was his price was a little higher than the other estimate that I got and Fidel was not willing to negotiate with his price. I decided to use him because of all the positive reviews he had on Service Magic and recommend him highly.

Hard workers and good job

Fidel and his team did a great job. He should be a bit quicker in communicating, but overall, he and his team did a fine job.

C39 Roofing did a wonderful job replacing the roof on my log cabin. There was quite a bit of damage to the roof from a fallen tree. The tree branch actually penetrated the roof. C/39 did a beautiful job replacing the tongue and groove structure. Fidel Cruz was a pleasure to work with. Basically, I gave him the keys to the place and he and his company did the rest. I highly recommend c/39 roofing.

When the first application did not solve the problem, they came back and resolved the problem without saying "It's not our fault" They just fixed it.

Fidel Cruz kept his appointment and gave me the low estimate of three. He then asked me if I would be willing to consider using some roofing that he had left over from another job. The roofing he wanted me to consider was a 50 year product not the 20 year product in my estimate. He was willing to use the higher quality shingles for the same price and also do my carport at no extra charge. My wife and I both loved the look of the 50 year shingles and jumped at the deal he had offered us. His crew showed up on time and did a terrific job. They were true professionals. The job was completed a day early and my property left clean.
