Actually can't tell much since I was not there up on the roof. No complaints so far.

Make sure all work mentioned at first is in the original contract quote. Some items that were assumed would be included in job were added as add ons. This was concerning removing & replacing original solar panels.

Fidel was courteous and easy to talk with. His crew was quite, professional, and clean. Fidel also found some issues with other parts of our roof that we had no idea needed attention. Using his cell phone he took clear pictures for us to see and discuss, was very clear explaining why these issues needed attention, and very reasonable in cost. We would recommend C39 Roofing.

Roof completed in a timely and professional manner. Reasonable price. It rained two days later and no leaks.

Fidel came out and thoroughly checked every corner of the roof. He took pictures of every area that needed work besides the area of the leak. Rain was predicted for 2 days away. He scheduled me for the next day so no more water damage would be done to the inside of my house. They finished just in time. The roofer worked quickly and thoroughly. Fidel's professionalism and explanation of the work was a pleasure. I highly recommend them and I will hire them if needed.

Fidel Cruz, owner/operator was quick to provide an estimate and was the lowest of the three contractors referred by Servicemagic. He was very flexible scheduling the actual repair on a day I could get off work which also enabled me to get the work done before a coming rain storm even though I did not have a roof leak. His crew of two were very timely in starting, did a thorough job of replacing nearly 100 broken clay tiles on my roof and cleaning up after themselves. I would definitely recommend this contractor.
