C39 Roofing

Fidel and his crew were nothing short of detail oriented professionals providing excellent and quick service, no surprises at a fair (best) price! Nothing negative can be said. I strongly recommend C39 if you need a roofing job.

Fidel came by immediately to look at the roof - he was extremely professional and knowledgeable. Although the work seemed a little expensive, he had an estimate emailed within a few days and completed the work in one day.

Fidel Cruz was excellent to work with. We began contact in November but work was not actually scheduled to be done until Jan. That happened to fall during the worst rains we have had in years. C-39 worked with me to keep my home waterproof for the rain while accommodating a scheduled termite extermination date so that could be done while the clay tiles were off of the roof to prevent tile breakage. I would definitely refer others to C-39.

Fidel was actually early getting my job started, and finished in the time period projected, and competitive and fair in cost. He came before the job started and secured my roof to prevent more leaking before they started the work. The job was performed by his crew who are skilled in their field and gave me a detailed description of the work they were performing, showed me why my roof was leaking etc.. Fidels bid for the job was done in a highly professional manner, and that alone impressed me. I will be happy to use C39 roofing again if the need arises... He did a great job and had an excellent proffessional manner. I have a little more roof errors on the main roof of my house and I am calling him back for that job as well. The job he did for us was install the roof over our large patio and fix the errors made by previous installers.

Fidel called within one hour of submitting my request on ServiceMagic, and he was at our home to review the situation shortly there after. His bid was very reasonable, and he started work the following Monday. His crew was very professional, clean & courteous. They took pride in their work and explained what they were doing as we asked. Fidel was on site every day and made sure we were well knowledged and happy with the work. We have signed a new contract with him to repair our pool house roof and have already recommended C39 to our neighbors and friends.

If he said he would call at a certain time he did. If he said he would be here at a certain time, he was. He completed the job quickly. I highly recommend this company.

They greatly improved the insulation of our house by installing 2" of foam with a heat reflecting surrface on top of the existing flatr roof. As far as I could tell they did an excellent job. I recommend this procedure to anyone with an uninsulated flat roof on part of their house. We are very comfortable durring this hot weather now since the work was done.
