+ 3 moreThe end result of the bath remodel is ok. The custom built vanity is beautiful, and if you use Bryson and Hammer for one thing, they do make beautiful custom vanities. They installed overhead can lighting and sconces, which are also nicely done. However, I regret having Bryson and Hammer lay my flooring. During the installation, the employee laying the floor got glue in many spots throughout the entire house. It was even on newly painted walls. When glue gets on the floor and hardens, there isn't a good way of removing it without removing the original finish of the floor, which is what happened in my home. They did remove much of the glue, I still see some in all the rooms now, but the finish on the floor is different in the areas where the solvent was used on the floor. So, I have areas of dull, streaked flooring throughout the house. Micheal Bryson was not doing the work himself, and the employees he used seemed very messy. I was not at home during the day when the work was being done, and I think the outcome might have been better if I had been.
Description of Work: Bryson and Hammer demolished and removed the master bath and the wall-to-wall carpeting in the condo. They remodeled the master bath to include a standing tiled shower, commode, and custom built vanity. They also laid the new engineered hardwood flooring.
