Definitely 5 star service from start to finish. Easy to schedule which triggered additional personal communication to ensure they knew what I wanted and I knew how much it would cost. Verified arrival time twice and showed up when they said they would. The two young men who provided the service were polite, professional, and committed to doing the job well. I will use them again and recommend them to others. Excellent service and a fair price.

Very easy to schedule and work with. Josh and Evan arrived on time and were super. The carpets and leather chairs look like they just came from the showroom. We really liked how fast the carpets dried. We've had mold problems in the house so less moisture is always good. Thanks to the Brown clan for an excellent job. We'll use them again next time.

The Brown Family Chem Dry is awesome!! Their customer service is the best and the quality of their work can't be beat. I have used them to clean my apartment carpet and it always looks brand new! I especially like that this is a Christian owned and operated business and all the techs are their sons. Josh is always so nice. I would never use anyone else.

Great experience overall. Response was quick and lots of available dates. Techs arrived on time and were very professional and friendly. Explained what they needed to do and finished within an hour (2 small rooms). Carpet looks brand new again and was soft with no strong odors. I will definitely hire them again for the rest of my floors as well as yearly maintenance on my carpets. Love that they are a family owned business and it shows that they take pride in their work.

This family provides really good service. This is the third time I've used them...for cleaning area rugs, tile flooring and a my husbands really gross recliner chair. They arrive on time, do the job and clean up everything before they leave. They were very pleasant and punctual. They previously tested their main cleaning product on the tile to make sure it would be successful. When they began the actual work, we left and returned 3 hours later, as agreed. The floor had been transformed and once again shone with all the earth-time colors that made me put down the slate the in the first place. Wife and I then laid down two layers of lustrous sealer to protect the now-raw surfaces. Kudos the this terrific family business. When the time comes in a couple of years for another such cleaning, they will be the first call I make.

This is the 3rd time I've used the Brown Family to clean our carpets and it won't be the last. This time around, I noticed a yellow stain on our carpet. I called Mama Brown and she assured me they would make it right, and they did! Josh came out and re-cleaned it again. This is what you call service, and for that, I will continue to use them for all my carpet cleaning needs.

The best carpet cleaning experience I've ever had. Our carpet was pretty bad with 2 dogs and 2 small kids. It looks brand new again! They even got out the blue craft paint my kids spilled! Also, the customer service is amazing!

Not well. Two brothers arrived in my senior community masked but not vaccinated. At the request of my family, I wore my mask and went into the kitchen and closed the door. Some of the areas look no better than before and there are new areas of dirty streaks.

This is the only carpet cleaning company I will rehire. Awesome job. Noah and Josh worked amazingly. Two young men, very polite and hard workers. The carpet was done and I have always had cleaners that leave carpet very wet. Noah and Josh left carpet supper clean and damp. It was dry in about an hour!

They did an excellent job and I would definitely use them again.

So the countertops really have no change I think it may require more of a restoration. Just cleaning and polishing did not do the trick. Please advise

The Brown brothers worked efficiently and were so polite. I really appreciate their professionalism and how beautiful my carpeting looks. They really look new and such a nice clean fragrance through out the house! Will definitely use them again.

Brown family spent nearly three days on our floor. The previous service applied an acrylic wax to our beautiful hardwood floor and ruined them, so we thought. Brown Family went all out to get our floor back to normal. Cheryl got down on her knees to inspect their work placing dots where additional cleaning had to be done. She was not satisfied until we were satisfied. All I can say is their customer service is exceptional. Do not hesitate to hire Brown Family ChemDry to clean your floors. Our floor looks great!!!
