ATD Garage Door & Opener Service

I think they were very timely. They came out and did the job the next day and they were quick. He just did his job and wasn't annoying. I thought the price was fine. It's a one shop man, it's his business.

The installation went very well. Dan & his son did a very polished and professional job of removing the old doors and installing the new ones. There was one problem with one of the tracks for the double-wide door. Dan came right our and re-hung the problem track. So everything is working perfectly. We are completely satisfied with the work and would recommend this company, without reservation.

Tafu arrived promptly to do the work, saw he needed to get the new door, and worked quickly and expertly to install the door. He went out of his way to rewire when necessary, and installed electric eyes in the single garage door. He was very pleasant and congenial, but continued working quickly and expertly until the work was done.

Dan was able to come by our house within 3 hours of my call. He phoned twice letting me know how his schedule was going. He did a great job. I will definitely call him when its time for our next preventative maintenance service (which he even showed me how to do!)

Dan answered the call promptly and came out within two hours. He replaced the torsion springs on the garage door within 1/2 an hour, and it works like new now. Great service. Could not ask for anything more.

They did a good job! It was a man and his son. It was about $400 cheaper than it was at Home Depot, and they did a better job

ATD stands for Attention To Detail. Dan Neely is the owner. I last used him probably a year and a half ago. He came the same day to fix it.

We called him and he came out the next day. He arrived promptly and went right to work and completed the job efficiently. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend him or use him again.

I was very pleased with the service call. The problem was explained & quickly corrected. Dan is a man who "knows" his business. I would definitely refer him to others.

Repairman responded quickly to our call, performed work on time, efficiently and charged exactly what he had estimated. He was very helpful in explaining what needed to be done and what future service we may need.

Went very well. Answered call and set up time immediately, was punctual and followed through on the work.

He was at my house within hours of my call. He squeezed me in and was late for his appointment at the gym with a friend because he would not leave until all the work was done right. He had all the hardware needed on his truck and used the right tools and hardware. He did not rush through the motions. He was very professional and courteous. My doors are getting old and I will use him to replace them when needed. He is completely reliable.

I called in the morning from work and he was able to come to our home later in the afternoon after I got home. He repaired the "trolley" on the rail and serviced the other moving parts of the door by lubricating them. He also fixed one of the lights that was not working. He was prompt, professional, and his fee was reasonable.

I was very impressed with the service, and will use it again.

I had a bad gear assembly on my opener that finally fell completely apart and needed replacement. I called Dan Neely, the owner, first thing in the morning to see what he could do for me. Despite 3 full door installations he had to get done that day, he assured me he'd work me in at the end of the day, around 3 or 4 in the afternoon. Sure enough, Dan called about 3:30 to let me know he was on the way. He got to work immediately upon his arrival, and had the thing fixed in no time. He also tuned everything up for me, which I believe was above and beyond the call of duty. I'd have gladly paid $140 just to get the thing working again, without the tune-up --- and I would have if someone else had done the work, I'm sure. Dan and his assistant also lubricated everything, adjusted the spring tensioners (I didn't even know they were out of adjustment), fixed the retainer for the light bulb on the opener to keep it from working its way loose all the time, and adjusted the tension on the chain drive. All for $140.00. NO EXTRA CHARGE FOR THE PROMPT, SAME DAY SERVICE, EITHER! Some other outfits will charge an extra $99.00 just to show up the same day or on a weekend. Great work, great customer service, a very, very fair price. Well done.

Dan Neely, Owner and his employee, Ben of ATD Garage Door & Gate Co. called to confirm our appointment and arrived promptly. Mr. Neely was very knowledgable with providing information and making the adjustments to our door. Ben was very helpful with lubricating the hinges, pins, rollers and the opener chain and he showed us where to lubricate the parts every 6 months. Called early afternoon and got an appt for that evening (4:30pm/5pm). Dan and his son arrived at the time he estimated, were professional, efficient, and pleasant to work with. We just moved into the home and stored alot of boxes and other things into the garage. Dan explained that the problem probably occurred when we knocked the garage door out of balanced during the move. With the multiple opening and closing, the cable loosen on one side, eventually wrapping around the door. Serviced garage door and showed us how to lub the door parts. Even tighten the garage door opener button at the wall.

Called ATD Garage Door and Gate base on Angie's List Reviews and all the "A" ratings were spot on! Dan Neely responded to my call quickly. He scheduled to evaluate the problem that same day. Dan's experience shows in his quick evaluation, estimate, and repair. He knows his stuff. When we buy a roll up garage door (in the next 2 years), I'm definitely calling him. .

The door has not worked smoothly for years, and two prior service calls only helped temporarily. ATD was prompt, efficient and very knowledgeable. He discovered that the door had been installed incorrectly and fixed the problem. He knows what he's doing. I would never call anyone else.
