+ -1 moreCalled the phone number on a Saturday morning which rolled over to a generic operator. Gave the operator my information and asked her to repeat the phone number I gave her to call me back. She repeated the company's phone number instead. I should have know then I was going to get poor service. She stated I would get a phone call within one hour. It's Tuesday and still no response. I went elsewhere after 90 minutes.
Description of Work: Leaky shut off valve from wall to toilet.
