Aloha Sliding Door

Went well. All door needed was to be adjusted, roller was loose. Did not have to remove door. Francisco was very careful to clean up and to let him know of anymore problems wilth the door.

I will definitely hire for another door. Morgan worked quickly and professionally. He cleaned the track and worked to make sure it latched properly. Price seemed reasonable however I didn't get other bids.

The problem was identified as a sagging upper casing and not the rollers. The bottom of the sliding door was trimmed so it didn't rub against the bottom door casing. This corrected the problem.

I was delighted. I almost wanted to kiss him when he left. He was so knowledgeable and he knew exactly what he was doing. The door slides very smooth.

They provided two workers that were punctual and efficient. The screen door was a special order and was ready when promised and installed in a timely fashion. Over all we were pleased with the quality of their work.

Morgan showed up on time and examined the door. He explained what was wrong, gave me an estimate and began working. He was very quick and quiet and in no time we had a sliding glass door that worked like new.

Overall the work fantastic. He was very conscientious, punctual, and very pleasant. The price was very fair.

They quoted $49.00 to repair our the screen on our sliding glass door so I thought I would get all 3 repaired. However, ended replacing the entire screen door with an extra strong pet-friendly one. It works great but it cost $360 so I was only able to replace one. Wish I could give them a stellar review since I really like the screen door but I felt like a victim of bait and switch.

Other than being a little bit late on the appointed time, Morgan's service and professionalism has been excellent.

A Pocket Door, in the Master Bath between the the tub/vanity area and the shower/toilet enclosure, had been inoperable for at least 10 years. We had asked three different, experienced, general contractors to attempt repair. Two refused to even consider to attempt repair. One told us that the entire wall that contained the door would need to be removed, and that would entail removing the marble facing on one side of the wall, and there was a distinct possibility that a new door/track could not be installed. California Sliding Door Window and Screen, (here to repair a sliding glass door), when shown the Pocket Door, said they saw absolutely no reason the Pocket Door could not be repaired. The man who did the work said , "In twenty years I have seen one door that I could not repair, yours nearly became number two." The repair was extremely difficult, (the door was slightly warped), extremely time consuming and very expensive. And absolutely satisfactory ... perfectly done. Our small home is completely non-standard ... an architects experiment. Repairs require imagination, great patience and creativity.

Cari and her wonderful staff are excellent communicators and responded to calls and emails within 24 hours. Cari is professional, knowledgeable about the product, has a great attitude, and offered competitive pricing (this is an expensive product). Cari spent a lot of time with us to make sure we understood the product, our options, and installation process. Her crew performed high quality work.

I really liked their quality of work and the fact that they were very professional. I liked the fact that they sold me the windows as well because I think it was a very good deal for the price that they charged me. I was very impressed with the end result.

Morgan provided an assessment of the work to be done, arrived a bit after the stated time frame, but called ahead of time, completed the work professionally and charged the estimated price. He cleaned up all debris and gave complete instructions on what we would want to do to paint the repaired area and maintain the sliding door.
