Everything went smoothly except for a faulty switch for the ceiling fan. Took a while, but we got that squared away too.

David showed up at the scheduled time and was very professional. I appreciate it when service people explain what they're doing, as he did, and give me options for any future needed parts. Action Air installed the furnace several years ago, and although it ran well last winter, I find it worthwhile to pay for an annual checkup. The capacitor was close to being out of spec so I decided to replace it now rather than wait for failure. I trust these guys and have never been disappointed.

Action Air had installed the furnaces in our home when it was built 11 years ago. They have worked without issue, but I figured after 11 years, it was time to have them cleaned and inspected. Action is running a great special - $69 Tune up and inspection - so we had them come back out. Bill Smith showed up in the first 30 minutes of the 2 hour service window. He did an incredibly thorough job, spending an hour on each furnace. Beyond the thorough cleaning, changing of filters, confirming integrity of heat exchangers, etc, he tested and made adjustments to the gas pressure fueling the burners (it was 50% too high) and tested all the electronics, identifying a marginal blower motor capacitor to keep an eye on. Bill also had some great tips on furnace filters and ways to optimize heat and AC performance.

They did a great job and cleaned up after themselves. Wore booties and laid down tarps. True professionals and now I have super clean vents/ducts!!

It was a great experience beginning with Bob the sales person. Straight forward, honest and not pushy. He set up the third party abatement (So Cal Remediation was also great) and gave me a fair price. The installers, Aramis and Trevor, were right on time each of the two days and very professional. The work was done as promised and it was a pleasant experience. I recommend them highly.

Action gave us a proposal (as a Costco contractor) for a Lennox system which included outside AC unit, AC cooling coil atop our existing furnace, the long runs of refrigerant lines and electrical cable to the AC unit, replacement of the 37 year old leaky duct-work in our attic, install of an under furnace slide out filter box, a covered metal chase from the attic to the compressor to hide the external lines, a new programmable thermostat, and replacement of about a dozen old style air supply registers with new efficient units. The service technicians, Reuben and an associate, were excellent as far as workmanship, speed, punctuality, neatness and attitude. After setting the outside AC Compressor unit where I had asked, we changed our mind and asked it to be moved a foot and they obliged cheerfully. We had original proposals for Carrier, York, and Trane as well which were slightly lower in cost. We liked the reputation of Trane for reliability but Lennox was judged close and we felt that it and Action had the advantage of Costco's seal of approval. We asked Action to match the lower cost of the Trane system and they agreed, so we contracted with them. We wanted to make sure the AC was available by the time the hot weather arrived, Although heavily booked Action agreed to start system installation on July 2. Lucky for us, it was up and operational by July 4th as the temperatures climbed. With an outside temp of 98F we had a lovely, dry house temp at 75F. The price given below is the final net price after Costco/Lennox discounts and VISA cash back rewards. I would say that our experience with Action was outstanding and they delivered everything they promised, It is one of those rare times when the job was finished, we were completely satisfied and could find nothing wrong! The team was great from the beginning to the end. I highly recommend Action Air. They are very friendly and easy to work with. They do a excellent job and also their prices are very competitive. The sales person is also very knowledgeable and not high pressure. I decided to go with the middle of the cost and level Lennox. There were three they pointed out but there were many other Lennox brands you could choose from if you wanted to. I wasn't interested in other brands so I didn't ask if they installed those. They were on time, they installed new pipes in the garage, new ducts in the attic and the inspector said good job. It runs well. Their office staff is very polite as well. If you can get the discount from Costco at the right time I got $2,000 off the price below. So it was about 11,000 after I got my cash card in the mail.

Everything went well. The furnace installation and vent cleaning was completed in less time than expected. Service was professionally completed.

It was a good experience. It cost me $10,000 for everything. They managed to get me a $3,000 rebate from the gas and electric company, so it ended up costing me $7,000, which is a great deal. Their price was excellent.

It didn’t cost me. It was part of an escrow service. They did really good. They gave me a lot of information. The service took roughly three hours.

There were a few problems with the Lennox equipment, but it was impressive how quickly Action Air corrected them.

I pay a monthly fee to check everything, to make sure everything is running. He was here a couple of hours, he seem to do a thorough job, of checking everything out. He even took pictures. There was an mouse infestation in one of the heating units. He seem to do a good job.I don't think they could improve anything.
