Their service people are very professional and we feel they did a good job. The original problem was very hard to diagnose, and we were not charged for all the time it took. Instead, the service guy charged us a more standard diagnostic fee. My only complaint is that it took so long for the part to come in and be replaced, but that was probably not their fault.

My air conditioner just wasn't getting very cool. I have used them before and so I called them back out. They said the freon just needed charged and they also cleaned the unit while he was there.

This was the company who originally installed the unit a few years ago. They treat our home with respect and I appreciate that. They always show up on time and do what they are paid to do.

Action Air has done great work for us for 10 years. They are very trustworthy and reliable. They always come in with a great attitude and are very clean every time. You get what you pay for that s for sure.

Called Action on Friday before Presidents Day weekend. To say that the earliest someone could come out to give me a bid was late the next week because of Monday holiday, prior bookings and some of the sales reps out sick. Made an appointment with scheduling person. An hour later, Tony Arena, a field rep, called. He had scheduled another appointment in Oceanside for Saturday; could also see me on Saturday. Met Tony exactly on time. We inspected together furnace. He showed me cracked heat exchanger and AC to see if both a new furnace and AC system were needed. Needed both. Tony then showed me the various models by different cos; suggested that since we were selling the house a Coleman unit, while not having the same cachet as Lennox but cheaper, would do the job as well as satisfy a prospective buyer new HVAC installed. Four days later, new HVAC installed in one day. Total clean up. No upfront deposit required. Post installation follow-up by Action. Tony and everyone at Action were great

Provided service maintenance on heater. Explained steps in as much detail as I asked. Said overall the unit was good. Rather than check the air conditioning unit now, John suggested that I contact them in the spring and have it checked shortly before the weather got warm. John arrived on time, was courteous, seemed to have good information. I had to wait about 2 weeks to schedule an appointment, based on their availability and my work schedule, but it was not an emergency situation. I would have made myself more available in an emergency. I chose to buy a service maintenance contract from the company, in order to keep track of potential problems and so that I have a company to call when I do have a problem.

Tony, the salesman, was very responsive and made time in his schedule to come to my house for an estimate. Although I didn't ultimately use Action Air, I really appreciated the professionalism of the sales staff and the detailed estimate I received.

THEYRE THE BEST OUT THERE. THEIR PRICES ARE EXCEPTIONAL. I WOULDNT USE ANYONE ELSE.

THE GUYS WERE HERE PROMPTLY. THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL, NEATLY DRESSED, POLITE & THEY INSTALLED 2 AIR CONDITIONING UNITS IN SHORT ORDER & LEFT THE AREA CLEAN.

VERY PROFESSIONAL. THEY HELPED US GET THE BEST UNIT, AND SEER RATING THAT WOULD FIT IN OUR HOME. THEY ALSO OFFERED US REBATES THAT OTHER COMPANIES DID NOT. KEN AND DAN WERE THE INSTALLERS AND THEY WERE VERY FRIENDLY AND CONSIDERATE.

THE FIRST INSTALL DID NOT WORK. THE SECOND INSTALL/REPAIR WAS SHORT CHANGED BY THE FIELD TECH. THE THIRD REPAIR CALL GOT THE A/C WORKING. ONE MONTH LATER, IT RAN ONE TIME AND THEN BROKE. THE FOURTH SERVICE CALL RESULTED IN, FINALLY, A WORKING A/C SYSTEM. NOW I AM SCARED TO DEATH TO TURN IT OFF!!!! I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THEM.

POLITE AND FRIENDLY SERVICE. WORKERS WERE ON TIME AND RESPONSIVE TO QUESTIONS.
