Ace Rain Systems

Mark Mangen's was the last of four estimates. All the estimates we received seem fair in price and given by competent contractors. However, I chose Ace Rain Systems because I liked knowing Mark would be on the job supervising others, and I sensed he knew all the ins and outs of properly installing gutters. I value that personal attention. Another reason was his expertise in rain barrels as down the road we may decide to add those. His price was very reasonable at the lower end. When we had to change the installation date, he was quite flexible in accommodating us. He showed up right on time and the work went smoothly. I had two special requests which he gladly did, one was installing a piece of flashing above the back entry for aesthetic reasons and the other was angling the gutter so the water went mostly in one direction so as to avoid the over puddling of water on one side of the house. So far with the last minor rain everything is working fine. He also provided us with a warranty certificate from the sheet metal manufacturer. Mark is honest, nice and easy to deal with and reliable and competent. I highly recommend him for any of your gutter needs.

Excellent. We had lots of help matching our new paint color, which we appreciated. The job was done quickly. Consideration was given to placement of down spouts and aesthetics. The first rain brought happiness as I walked out the front door without roof run-off :)
