+ -1 moreI needed some rotted wood fence posts replaced. I called this company and was told someone would be by the next day between 9 a.m. and 11 a.m. to look at the job. I took the morning off work so I would be there to show him what needed to be done. By 11:30 a.m. no one had shown up or called. I called the company at 11:30 and left a voice mail saying I couldn't wait any longer because I had to go to work and could they please call me. I even hung a note on my door explaining that I had to leave at 11:30 just in case they showed up after I left. Well, I shouldn't have been worried.......no one ever showed up and no one ever called me back. How hard is it to pick up the phone??
Description of Work: The provided didn't do anything.

Description of Work: Town and Country Fencing put up a fence between my neighbor's wall and our property line.

+ 0 moreThe service was pretty good. The only complaint is they subcontracted the electrical work and it did not turn out the way I was expecting. That work is still pending. Some of the lights went out within a month of the installation. I am not sure if I would use them again because of the subcontractor they used. I would only grade the fencing work, these grades do not include the electrical work.
Description of Work: They put in a driveway gate, columns, and a fence in front of the home.
