Description of Work: We have an older gas heater in our home we thought needed replacing. Smee Plumbing and Heating replaced parts fixing the problem and saving us quite a bit money. They were prompt and easy to work with.

+ -1 moreResponded within ½ hour to the emergency. Fixed the toilet issue. It happened again, 2 weeks later. They responded quickly and found an additional problem that they had not discovered before. It was scary to be so flooded, but they solved it. Very nice to deal with.
Description of Work: Flooded from upstairs bathroom down to garage.

+ -1 moreOur first appointment, the gentleman arrived 30 minutes late - our day was already packed with back to back appointments so we had to reschedule. Terry came for the following two appointments - and he's very punctual! He listened carefully to our list of plumbing concerns, then went straight to work. He's knowledgable, personable and very professional. We still have some additional work to be done and are looking forward to having Terry back in the near future. We would highly recommend!
Description of Work: Replaced 3 faucet sets; installed new insta-hot water heater; replaced under sink soap pump; did amazing "CSI - type" work to figure out and reconfigure existing plumbing in our new home.

Description of Work: I had what could have been a very expensive problem with a shower drain. Other plumbers said it would be around $2-3k to fix the problem. Terry at Smee's initially said the same. However, he took the time to do some research and found a product that solves the problem that not many people know about.
