+ -1 moreRandy is friendly but professional. He has an excellent sense of humor and a deep knowledge of real estate and the San Luis Obispo county area. After meeting with us and asking some excellent questions, he was able to show us houses that potentially were perfect for us. We had spent hours driving around during multiple days prior to securing Randy's services. Within a few trips investigating houses for sale, we found the exact perfect house! Then Randy's true skills began. He negotiated an excellent deal with the seller's realtor, securing a price that we could afford and the seller could accept. This is one of the reasons Randy is the best! Another reason is that he doesn't stop with the sell, he continues to call and make sure the process of moving and securing services, such a cleaning or maintenance are complete. He is definitely the complete package.
Description of Work: Randy Steiger is the owner/broker of ReMax Del Oro. He was referred by a friend that had successful bought a house using Randy as his agent. We contacted Randy and discussed what type of house we were interested in purchasing and in the general area of Morro Bay. He immediately emailed us a large selection of possible houses in our prices range. We then scheduled a time to meet him at a house for sale.
