he was alittle late (about 10 mins) but did an excellent job with our couch, putting the clean cushions on paper rather than on my hairy rug (we have 2 dogs). He got all the hair out and cleaned the upholstered couch. He got the stains out especially where the arms lie on the couch. We were very surprised that we had a clean and newer couch again.
