Description of Work: I am an out-of-town buyer of a San Luis Obispo condo property. Pamela Bliss came highly recommended to me by my local trusted Realtor in the SF Bay Area. Pamela promptly returned my initial call and we discussed the list of my property criteria. She quickly set me up with a website portal that showed the MLS listing of all properties within my range of criteria as well as a link to the complete MLS listings so I could also research other areas and price ranges. The Client Portal link was set up to immediately notify me via email of any new properties that came on the MLS within my criteria range. This service was stellar! It enabled me to get a first shot at any new listings. I was able to "accept " or "reject" any of the properties into re-accessible folders, which Pamela then reviewed. As a result of this, I really felt that Pamela was listening to me and had a good grasp of what I was looking for. My Client Portal also enabled me to directly comment on specific properties and ask questions of Pam, to which she promptly responded. She was also quick to respond to any emails I sent to her. When I was able to arrange a visit to SLO, Pamela successfully set up all the viewings of my selected properties. In total I made four trips to SLO and she was always able to accomodate my schedule and my viewing requests. Electronic Docusign was a God-send that enabled me to sign required documents from the comfort of my home in the Bay Area without having to make a special trip to SLO. Pamela was always prompt and professional during our meetings and was very friendly and accomodating. I always felt that she had an excellent knowledge base of the local area and housing trends, and I quickly came to trust her. It was a pure pleasure working with Pamela and we were able to quickly close the deal on "THE PERFECT CONDO" in SLO!! I would highly recommend Pamela Bliss to anyone looking for property in San Luis Obispo based on the excellent and intuitive services I recieved from her.
