Description of Work: Carpet Cleaning

Description of Work: The overall results were not what I thought it would be. The carpets did not seem clean and fresh |as anticipated. Otherwise everything else was an A.

Description of Work: They did a terrific job working me into their schedule. I had a very short window to get the carpets in my new apartment cleaned, and they came early to do the job for me. The carpets looked wonderful, dried quickly, and are still doing well.

Description of Work: They cleaned my carpet and removed per odors.

Description of Work: A few days after my carpet was cleaned I began to notice dark brown stains on my carpet that were not there before I had my carpet cleaned. I called then back after a few weeks. It was at this point that I realized the stains were not going away. I called another carpert cleaning company who agreed that the stains were from something Oxi Fresh had used to clean the carpet. Oxi fresh came back two times and tried to take the stains out but were unsucessful. The owner, Matt, repeatedly tried to blame the stains on our puppy even though he had applied a pet stain product on our carpet. To this day I still have the stains on my carpet and have to have it cleaned every two months I did take Oxi Fresh to court and was unsucessful because I was unable to prove my case. The owner of Oxi Fresh, Matt, lied to the mediator when he told them he had personally observed our puppy urinate on the carpet when he was here. He never once mentioned this to me during our many conversations. I was not present when he cleaned our carpets but my adult son was and my son said at no time did the puppy urinate on the carpet while Matt was here. Even if the puppy had urinated shouldn't the carpet cleaning cleaned it up? Prior to Oxi Fresh I had my carpets cleaned every 4-6 months There are only three adults in my household and one dog. If my dog had urinated on the carpet prior to getting the carpets cleaned shouldn't they have been cleaned up by the carpet cleaning? My carpets have NEVER looked as bad as they did after Oxi Fresh cleaned them. The other carpet cleaning company I used, who have been in the business for at least 25 yrs, told me the stains were caused by something Oxi Fresh had used. He said it could have been the machine or the cleaning product they were using. Needless to say i was very dissatisfied with Oxi Fresh and will NEVER use them again nor will I promote the business. I have and will continue to let my family and friends know about he bad experience I had with Oxi Fresh.

Description of Work: This is the third time I have used Matt Wisener from OxiFresh Carpet Cleaning. I have rescue dogs who do a number on my carpet. Matt responded very quickly - used a wonderful product that cleaned my carpet beautifully. He always does a good job, is trustworth (I have left town after letting him in to clean - and he locks up securely when he leaves). I recommend him and his company highly.
