Great. The carpets came out very clean. Mr. Losing did a good job of protecting the walls from scuffs. He was very nice about devoting extra attention to spots that I pointed out to him. The price as very reasonable. I would recommend Mr. losing to anyone.

We chose Darryl based on the review on Angie's list and were not disappointed. He was punctual, professional, friendly, and has good equipment. He completed the job in a little over one hour. The carpet in our rental unit was heavily stained in some areas and had not been professionally cleaned since we moved here. When he was finished, it looked remarkably good. He left a heavy duty fan to circulate the air and promote drying. He will pick it up tomorrow.

Darryl is great. I pointed out the main traffic areas and left it in his hands. He is really good. He did a great job.

Mr. Lossing personally returned my call within 10 minutes. He gave me a price over the phone that was more than fair compared to others I had received. We made an appointment right then and there. He showed up on time. He is very nice, personable, and professional. He did a wonderful job. The carpets look fantastic. I will be using him from now on and I would not hesitate to recommend him.

Mr. Lossing was the most accommodating on schedule and actually arrived a bit early, which was good. He had some good advice on natural medicines plus was pretty quick with the carpet cleaning. He left with the walking paper placed in key areas.

Showed up on time and explained how he would perform the service, move the furniture around and put paper down under the furniture and walkways. I showed him what furniture could be moved and what couldn't. The carpet was cleaned exactly how I wanted it in the areas I wanted. Paper was put down and small blocks of styrofoam under the coffee table to allow for air circulation. The entire job was done in an hour and done very professionally. I was very pleased with the thoroughness and the attention to detail. The carpet was dry by the next day, looks like new, smells great and feels fluffy. I'm very pleased with this company and the price was very reasonable.

I have light gray carpet and live by the beach so my carpets get very dirty and often the carpets dry very slowly. I've had numerous companies come to clean and am rarely satisfied. Daryl Lossing came out to give me a bid and altered his standard process to take the slow drying into account. His price was the same or better than other companies I have had and the quality of the work was better. He came on time, did the work himself and did an excellent job. He laid a plasticized paper down so we could walk on the carpets before they were completely dry. He gave me hints on spotting the carpets and upholstery. He was competent and very personable. I have found someone I will go back to.
