Jody performed the work exactly as he'd promised. He obtained the necessary permits through the city of Pismo Beach, started and finished job on the specified dates without any delays. Heavy rains were predicted two days after the completion of the job which in fact occurred. Several days after the storm I inspected the roof for pooling as had been the case prior to the roof work. The roof was completely dry and obviously drained properly to the gutters and out to the street. We were extremely satisfied with his work and would recommend JB's roofing wholeheartedly to all interested parties!

Jody and his team are beyond amazing. We called a few days ago, and like all other roofers in the area, he is swamped because of the pending "el-nenio". I asked my wife to try again, and Jody happen to finish a job, and was willing to come over. When he realized that he would be a little later than what he had promised, Jody called and let her know. Jody and his helper walked the whole roof, and had the repairs done quickly. He is extremely professional, polite and reasonably priced. Something you rarely find in a trade person. I highly recommend JB's Roofing to anyone in his service area.

Jody and his team were fabulous. He has a special team that comes to rip off the old roof. They were prompt, tidy and cleaned everything up when they were finished. Then Jody and his partner placed the new roof. Jody is honest, has integrity and takes great pride in his work. He responded to all communications promptly and kept me well informed on timelines. The roof looks beautiful and I couldn't be more pleased. I expecially appreciated his honesty. Of the 3 bids I got, he was the only contractor that told me that he thought I had another year left on the roof. I decided to go ahead and do it this year anyway, and am very pleased that I did. After hiring Jody, I found out that a good friend of mine has used him and she sang his praises as well!

He was very professional, very pleasant, honest, and timely. Instead of having to replace a bunch of shingles, he was able to repair a bunch of them which cut the cost of the service down. So, it was really helpful to us at that time. We here on the Central Coast kind of have a laid back, kind of open vibe, and it is just the way we like to conduct business and interact which each other. He was just very friendly and open, and that was very appealing to me.

His name was Jody Bailey. They are a really good roofing outfit and I would recommend them without any hesitation. He is licensed. It is not a big company. Another company recommended them. They made everything look good. This was not a straightforward roofing job. I was perfectly satisfied and I didn't have any problems. There were a couple of guys and they did the job right. I had previously replaced the roof in 1996. They brought in a company to remove the old roof.
