I worked with Chris Smith in planning the refresh of my kitchen. He took a lot of time to help me select the colors and styles that best fit my budget and style. I worked with Rob Scott to select a new cooktop and he found the last special stainless steel backsplash available in the US. Chris acted as my agent during the process, ensuring that I was kept apraised of the status of the pre-build and installation dates. The team that did the demolition of the old tile countertop and installed the refacing material was top notch, doing a very good job of keeping the area clean despite all the dust and rubble. The finished project took a bit longer than planned due to some unforseen problems, but the end result exceeded my expectations.

Chris Smith at Idler's was simply the best to work with--expertly guiding us throughout the entire process--always listening to how best he could incorporate what we wanted and at the same time coming up with wonderful ideas for us to consider--and adopt. He acted very capably as the liaison on our behalf with the contractor--and this was included from the outset of our project. When a few odd things inevitably occurred on a project like this, Chris was proactive in correcting them. We could have gone with others that we researched--and likely saved a bit--but the total experience of working though Idler's on this project resulted in a truly wonderful renovated space in our home we enjoy every day.

First off, this refrigerator had a 'factory blemish' which was a very small dent at the top. For that it's original price was $3000. Because of the dent, they had it priced down to $2400. I talked to the salesman, and he brought the price down to $1800. That was a fantastic price for this refrigerator! It's an Electrolux 29 cu.ft. french door stainless steel. Very good quality! In the store the people were never pushy in the sales. They ask if you need help and I said 'No I'm just looking' so they left me alone without pushing. I was about to give up when I told him what I was looking for and he took me to this refrigerator and told me he'd give me a better price, but I never expected that much of a markdown! When their two guys came to deliver they were on time and professional. They were prepared and set it up with all the water hookups and all. They did not leave any messes as they took all their trash with them. Then they gave a tutorial to my husband and myself on how to work the controls and what to do for certain things. they were very friendly, knowledgable and did a great job! They even cleaned and shined the whole thing before leaving.

I purchased 4 Kitchen Aid and 1 Bosch kitchen appliances for my remodel. I found the sales person, Claudia, to be knowledgeable and low-key. She kept in touch with me until my install and provided me with info on appliance rebates. The installers, Marco and Daniel, worked very hard to do a proper install even in the face of the usual set of problems that occur in a kitchen remodel. I tried to use local businesses for my purchase but they did not have a show room and knowledgeable sales personnel. I was very pleased with my Idler's experience.

Much faster than we had imagined. Completely impressed with the quality of the work and the professionalism of the workers. The appliances we purchased from Idler's were exactly what we were looking for. Couldn't be happier. John
