Description of Work: Two separate appointments, one to assess what needed to be done, the second to complete things. We needed to have a Harmony remote programmed, not as user friendly as Logitech advertises. Also needed to have a balun switched from an ethernet version to HDMI, along with the associated HDMI cable wiring. | |The Geek Squad technicians were great. The only complaint was that Best Buy will not let you set up the second appointment over the phone and pay for things, it requires a trip to the store. For us, that means a 40 minute drive each direction, and since it was a few days before Christmas, we had to deal with last minute shoppers and a busy store/parking lot.

+ -1 moreI will never use Best Buy again. I bought two big screen TV's, and a small screen for my computer. One of my big screens that was held together with eight screws just fell over and broke. When I called best buy about it they told me "because I did not have the geek squad put it together, I was out of luck." I will never use them again.
