He has done this to so many people. He always says he is going to county and then he doesn't. He promises and he doesn't come through. It has taken 14 months and we still don't have a building permit. He is expensive, I paid him $26,000 and have nothing to show for it. I do have a house designed but he was supposed to get us the permit long ago. For six months I emailed him and called him and he never responded.
Description of Work: We started with him in April of 2011. He is supposed to supply the county with everything they need with up to date plans so that they can get us a building permit and also to get the plans to the builder but he never did.
