Just make him give you a detailed written estimate. He is a nice guy but seems to rely on word of mouth agreements. Just don,t cut it in todays world.

They did great work rebuilding my rock waterfall.

Very personable, very professional and very competent. The original project was a pump replacement in an existing trilevel fountain. They did a great job. I have since hired him for a follow-on project with a greater magnitude...a flagstone pathway set in concrete. The crew is doing an awesome job, and I am VERY happy that I contacted and hired him.

Erik and his assistant went far out of their way to solve my problem. They did not quit, but came back again and again till the problems were solved. They could have added charges but would not. More businesses should be like his. I will hire him anytime.
