+ -1 moreI am impressed with a company which honors its warranties almost a year after sale and delivery, and then, when the substitute unit didn't work, sent a better unit right away. that is integrity, is it not?
Description of Work: I purchased a hot-tub/spa Ozonator about a year ago. Two months ago, the unit ceased to operate. DelOzone has a one-year complete warranty on their products and they sent me a new one. When that unit did not operate, they sent me a better more-expensive modern unit and it has operated satisfactorily.
