 + 1 moreThe experience was great. I called, discussed the carpets I wanted cleaned. He gave me a general idea of the price. I made an appointment. He came at the exact time of the appointment. After checking the size of the rooms and number of rooms, we determined I wanted more rooms cleaned than I initially told him so he adjusted his price by only a small amount. I felt he was more than fair. He did the work in a timely manner and I was very happy with his work.
Description of Work: I had all the carpets in my home cleaned - 2 stories, 6 rooms, stairway and 2 halls. The carpets were heavily soiled in a few spots but everything came out very clean. He did a great job. Very professional. Protected all corners of my walls so they would not be chipped. He put plastic pieces under any furniture that was left on the carpet. He worked very hard to make sure everything was cleaned completely.
