The countertop was late of about 7- 10 days to be put in yet, this company wanted the payment immediately. I wanted to see the countertop before I paid and thought the person would understand put seemed miffed at my late paymet of five days. (I do not currently live in the area.) The person also broke our farm-style sink when putting it in; yet, when my husband brought a new sink just 3 days later, he did not introduce himself or apologize to my husband. He was late by several hours on each meeting which was not convenient for my husband since my husband had to get back to his office 3 hours away. Counter Intelligence slowed downed the process for our contractor to finish; therefore, we did not have the Christmas in our cottage as we had hoped.
Description of Work: We had a carrera marble top put into our kitchen. It was honed and did look beautiful when finished.

The work went well and we have enjoyed the new sinks and counter tops.
Description of Work: We needed a basic vanity counter top installed in our master suite. Counter Intelligence offered the best local price we could find and they had a nice selection of remnant material (caesar stone) to choose from. They worked with us to build a vanity top that had 6" back splash on 3 sides and 2 square holes for under mount sinks, and both faucets required 3 holes. Work was done cleanly and as scheduled. For the price I think we received a good product. The holes and sinks were lined up perfectly and everything was nice a square. I would say that their work as accurate. The counter cost us approximately $115 per linear foot.

The work was delivered a week late for a crucial delivery. The owner was rarely available by telephone, had to be tricked into answering by having an employee call him on his cell. He had previously sold the balance of a remnant I purchased for a furniture top out from under me - without telling me about it.I discovered it a couple of months later when I went in to have the balance of the large piece of Jerusalem Limestone cut. After much wrangling, I was able to get him to write me a credit - though it was not a full one. When I applied that to the balance due for the recent work, he accused ME! of being dishonest, and told me never to come back. No problem there.
Description of Work: Provided a very small (3' wide) counter top for Powder Room w/ backsplashes and accompanying holes for lavatory. Also two small pieces of marble rail tops.
