Cathy is great I have known her for a long time, but this was my first time to work with her professionally. She is smart representing the buyer and the seller. Cathy was completely the opposite: she advised us to wait until the right property came up -- and she then wrote a meticulously documented letter with a detailed list of current comps to convince the sellers (who still thought they could get the high price of the go-go years after the market crash) to accept our offer. We would not have obtained the property without this (no realtor has ever done this for us before, and we have made many purchases over the years). In short, we think that Cathy is an outstanding professional. She knows the area extremely well and she goes above and beyond to represent her client's interest.
