Excellent job, and would definitely use them again.

There was very little communication that originated from their office. I had to be extremely proactive in calling them and following up. Was told incorrectly that the job was done and came home to find that it needed another day. It was frustrating and I haven't received a final bill yet which makes me nervous. I prefer when people confirm appointments and seem eager for my business rather than me chasing them down for all the details. They sub out their actual installation and the guys who did the job were good. Dealing with the office and all the arrangements however was not easy.

Been dealing with these guys for while now. They have a funky location and showroom ... and they are not easy to find. Please don't be put off by that. This helps them keep their cost down and overhead low Some of the Bigger Flooring Companies here actually buy from them. " I've seen the checks" They don't pretend to have everything , but what that have is good and it is priced well. This is not to the place to be a shopper... this where you go when you are serious and will not waste someones time. they are the Low price leader and they might be a sleeper
