Details! I was very impressed with the crew that painted the house! I was impressed that the crew showed up on the weekend. There had been a bit of rain an they made up time. The problem areas I had worried about where all repaired and fixed.

Fantastic! Very professional job. Everyone was wonderful to work with from office staff Emily to bidding consultant Dirk, to the painters.. Antonio keep me informed throughout the entire job, and they were exceptional at cleaning up after the job each day. They were on time every morning and even completed the job one day earlier than expected. I would recommend them to anyone who needs painting in this area. Stripped front doors, removed hardware and seals. Removed doors as necessary and reinstalled prior to leaving each day. Supplied all supplies as necessary. Picked color by samples provided. Upon application color wasn't appealing so the color was changed without any repercussions. Hardware was relaced, seals were replaced upon final hanging of doors. Very happy with job done and the the painters were polite and very professional.

They were excellent! On time and professional. Courteous and keep everything clean. Even worked with our landlord restrictions.

All I have to say is that it went so well we are hiring them for another job in a couple months.

It went fabulously. Moises who did the powerwashing and exterior touch up was absolutely wonderful and so careful when he had to deal with an inordinate amount of yard art and several curious pets. He was so accomodating and careful. The interior painters have all been great. They are neat and clean and they are always so happy. I think they like what they do. I have had a few projects done and the project managers are very knowledgable and informative about what products we should use and what we could and should not expect. Pam in the office has always been available to answer questions and ask questions even after the job was completed to make sure I was still happy with the end results. Everybody I have dealt with at Browder Painting have always been professional, knowledgable and personable. What more could a customer ask for?

We did a kitchen remodel and Browder painting cleaned, sanded and painted our cabinets. Very professional as they covered all my appliances and flooring to keep them free from paint. Also they put up a plastic divider to keep any overspray from going into my dinning room and living room. So happy with how they turned out. The guys on the job were very professional and courteous. Will definitely have them back to do more work.

As always Browder Painting came through with flying colors. Our Condominium Association has used Browder extensively for the past 7 years from a major entire complex repaint to small projects. Our project leaders have treated each job the same level of detail and thoroughness. An oceanfront environment is a challange for any material on a building exposed to the elements and the folks at Browder spend a significant amount of time researching and coming up with what is best in specific applications. Dirk is our main go to guy and he know the property so well that often times handling jobs can be done over the phone or email. Browder is not the cheapest painter out there but it is money well spent in our situation. Its done right.

I scheduled the job in 2 parts: exterior painting first, then the interior after some carpentry work was completed. Drew Pirman came to the house and did a thorough walk through with me, in order to prepare a job quote - which I received the same day. The quote was fair for the amount of work to be done. For the exterior job, Juan (the crew leader) arrived a little early the first day (to accommodate my work schedule) so we could go over specifics. He was professional, efficient, very pleasant, timely, and very tidy. The work area was cleaned up at the end of each day. Browder uses really high quality paint, applied by high quality painters! I felt Juan treated the job as if he was painting his own home. He answered any questions I had promptly; he was very detail oriented; I am so pleased with the beautiful finished job! The interior painting was scheduled after some carpentry work was done. I selected color samples but it is difficult to get an accurate idea from the samples, so Browder had the colors I selected painted on large stock, which really helped! The interior crew leader, Sabino, also came early the first day to walk the job with me. The interior job was more involved, as it also included wallpaper and old molding removal, plus a lot of priming / prep work. Sabino and Ulises were meticulous in masking off and covering everything not being painted. They moved heavy furniture and took down all window coverings. They worked around my indoor (small) animals. They thoroughly tidied up each room as they finished it. They were both professional, prompt, courteous, pleasant, and timely. Both jobs were finished on time and for the exact amount quoted. I never met the job schedulers in the office but they were knowledgeable and friendly any time I phoned. I am thrilled with the finished project and have been singing Browder's praises to friends!

Very friend and professional. Seemed to lack a first hand knowledge of specific techniques used to treat some problematic areas. Only assured me that his guys know how to fix them. Price quote ended up being 2Xs as much as the other painters who were fully insured and licensed and could also start the project sooner.

The service provided was excellent, beyond my expectations. The office staff was awesome with timely communications. Estimator/Project Manager - great comm's. & follow-up details. Paint crew (2) very polite & excellent craftsmen @ their trade. Perfection. Painters would clean up & stow equipment every day.

The job was very well managed. The job supervisor and painting foremen were accessible and professional and the painting foreman checked in with us at the end of each work day. Every day the work area around our house was cleared of any debris and all tools and ladders were stored and locked. Our victorian style house and garage had six colors three of which were fine details requiring skill and patience to paint neatly and correctly. The job was completed without hiatus. The job included the surrounding fence, gates and two complex trellises. We are very pleased with the result. We would most highly recommend Browder Painting Company. They are the best.

We used Browder two years ago to paint the exterior of our home. We were completely satisfied with the company, the personnel, and the work they performed. When it came time to paint the interior we called Browder and asked for an estimate. Their bid was competitive, and having used them before, we hired them to paint the interior of our home. We are completely satisfied and totally happy with the outcome. The crew was the most professional team of painters we have ever known. They showed up everyday on time ready to work. They were professional, clean, and responsible. They took the time every day to explain what they were doing. They kept us informed through the whole process and we're ready to answer any questions we had. They were a pleasure to have in our home! We have to give credit to the whole team at Browder, from the top down. Obviously the philosophy is about customer service and professionalism. You don't just hire a group of painters and tell them to be honest and professional, that takes time, effort and training to accomplish. I discovered after talking with the crew that they were very happy working for Browder and many had been with the company for 10 years or more. That probably explains the consistently good work they provide. I wouldn't hesitate to hire them again.
