Excellent job by a very professional team. Building had not been fully painted for about 24 years so really needed a sprucing up. Result was great. Place looks like new.

Arturo and the crew did a fantastic job. They were great with communicating with us on the progress and always showed up when they said they were going to be there. This was a very difficult location due to the house being 3+ stories high and on a very sloped lot. These guys made it seem effortless because they are that good and professional. There was some over-spray issues due to the higher than normal winds, but they have been taking care of that as well.

Browder painters, Drew and Brandon, just finished painting our kitchen cabinets. They were punctual, professional, respectful and very easy to have around the house for the six days it took to paint our 37 cabinet doors and 14 drawers. Each day they let us know what to expect and where they were in the process. One of the best parts about the overall experience is they liked their work and were happy with what they were doing. That says a lot about the company overall! Emily and Pam in the office were responsive and helpful, too! The transition from oak to Swiss Coffee (off white) is amazing! Thank you!

We just had our Nipomo windmill painted by Arturo, Luis, and Refugio of Browder Painting Company. Our three-story structure plus 30' diameter windmill blades were not an easy job. Yet the painters were friendly, professional and went the extra mile to make our house look fabulous. I give them five stars because six stars is not an option. If ever you need the exterior of your house painted, ask for Arturo, Luis, and Refugio. They are not just painters, they are artists.

Amazing!!! Emily in the office was so sweet made sure everything was scheduled out just right and all the guys were so awesome. I felt secure leaving them with my home and they were friendly, on time, and VERY CLEAN! They also put up with my 2 dogs with a smile. The painting was perfect they made sure I was happy with all my color choices and walked it with me multiple times for approval. They did such a great job covering the dark colors and left everything with a clean line and smooth finish.

Our updated 1886 farmhouse is an historic site so we need to be very careful to maintain it. We got an estimate from another company which was a few thousand dollars less but decided to get a second bid. Drew, from Browder, spent almost two hours walking around the house to complete his assessment and then carefully detailed for me every single aspect of the detailed estimate and provided a price option for one or two coats on the trim. He recommended that the gutters just needed power washing instead of painting. He showed me Browder's portfolio that revealed experience with Victorians. I was impressed, and rightfully so. Crew leader Jay was a joy to work with. Funny, relaxed, and easy going, but seriously committed to doing good work. He made sure that everything was painted with care, from the wall behind a huge permanent trellis of jasmine to the detailed woodwork on the windows and pillars. Drew stopped by daily to check in on quality and completion schedule. All team members were friendly and professional. Even though the crew changed a bit during the three weeks it took to complete this very big job Jay was there every single day, every single hour that other crew members were there. In addition he came by almost every weekend (after checking with us on timing) to do work on his own so that the job would finish on time and to his quality expectations. He found dry rot in a few places and worked well with the carpenter to paint around the areas until the wood could be replaced. When our vacation turned into a stay-cation due to the fires in Yosemite, resulting in our daughter and friend coming to stay in the apartment over the garage Jay had the team change focus to complete the garage early so our guests wouldn't be disturbed during their stay. When the heat wave would have left us in an airless hot box had the windows remained covered, Jay had the team remove covers and replace screens as early in the day as possible so we could open up. During that heat wave the team kept up its regular schedule, leaving us concerned about the guys. We provided cold water throughout the days but they powered through it. We did walk-throughs on a regular basis and Jay acted quickly to make corrections needed. Our final walk through resulted in about 10 small fixes that Jay completed himself on the weekend. Our house looks fabulous! We would definitely recommend Browder and will use them again.

Very well...Browder was in constant communication with me (we needed to do re-stucco with a different contractor prior to painting, so the painting schedule was moved a few times) and was very flexible. This is a second home for me, so we've seen the finished product a couple times and we are very pleased. I would recommend and use Browder for future painting projects.

I had an excellent experience! the house required a lot more than the normally required prep work due to age and poor condition of siding. The team took extra care and details were executed beautifully The house looks gorgeous and Brand new We are thrilled and will definitely be using Browder again!

The guy who dropped off the equipment trailer the day prior to the scheduled painting was very friendly and courteous. Joe was our painter and he was very pleasant, friendly and professional. He made a point to not impose on us as we went about our normal routines inside the house. Joe was thorough on the initial walkthrough regarding colors and schemes so there was no confusion, and the quality of his work was outstanding. Armando, the gentlemen who did the initial bid also came to our house first thing the morning of the job to make sure everything was in check with Joe. I would definitely recommend these guys.

Completely prepared our stucco with pressure washing, removed all dirt from ground level of structure, and on and on. This was by far the most professional paint job I have ever had done. There were the same two individuals doing the entire job from start to finish which made the job go very smoothly as there were no 'new' individuals to instruct as to what was needed to be finished and no need for educating a new crew member. This left two individuals from start to finish who were totally responsible for the job that was done and no need to constantly inspect the quality of their work. The site was completely cleaned and all material removed. I requested and promptly received a gallon each of new paint that was used in the event I need to touch up any future damage or repairs to the exterior. One individual walked me through the entire process describing their work and evaluating the quality of their work. I quickly discovered that it was not necessary to examine each and every step of their progress. These two individuals are professionals at painting and shows in the results. I am totally satisfied that I received the best quality workmanship and attention to detail that I paid for. I would hire them again without hesitation.
