Our Browder crew who painted the exterior of our house completed the job on time with excellent results. They were highly efficient and productive, wasting no time. When they discovered unforeseen damage, they alerted us, discussed the work and provided a written supplemental work order. That additional work was done in a professional manner at a fair price. Browder provided us with a best-in-class crew with excellent supervision. Thank you Josh and Sergio and crew! Also, Dirk, who did the estimate for this work was extremely knowledgeable and spent considerable time discussing the estimate with me and then on developing the estimate - which he handed to me on the spot. Plus I found Dirk to be a very personable professional. The office personnel who scheduled the work kept in contact with us the whole time - from signing the contract to arrival of the crew. They initiated the contacts and also immediately responded when I called them. This was perhaps the best experience we have ever had on contracted work.

We were more than pleased with the job at our house in Arroyo Grande, CA. Everything was performed exactly as we expected and as spelled out in the cost estimate. Painters were: on time every day, clean/neat, friendly, answered questions we had as the job progressed, responsive to our suggestions, and left the premises neat and tidy each evening. Can't say enough positive things about Erik, Juan Carlos, and Al who spent six days on the project. All of Browder's employees were professional in every sense of the word.

From the minute we called Browder Painting for a bid to the completion of the job we couldn’t have been happier! Every member of their team was professional, thorough and competent. Everything that was promised by Nick was delivered, beginning with matching our paint, to placing a work trailer for their crew to access equipment along with a portable John for them to use while on the job to a final inspection with the crew leader. Juan Carlos did an exceptional job go stucco repair on a 50 year old house. With the excellent paint job, you would never know there was ever deterioration. They cleaned up each and every day, MUCH better than I ever would, and never wasted a minute of their MORE than 8 hour day. DJ and Juan Carlos arrived each day at 7:30 with a smile and left at 5:00, still with at smile and a job exceptionally done. They were both hard working men of integrity, always friendly, approachable and upbeat. Not sure how we ended up with the best crew leader at Browder, but DJ not only had a never ending smile but also a never ending desire to make sure we were pleased with their work. Thought it would be hard to find someone more perfectionistic than I am when it comes to painting, but DJ was more than my match and was so understanding with any and everything I desired touched up or changed. He made great suggestions and deep down only wanted me to be pleased at every turn - that I was and would recommend them to any and everyone!!

I first met with Nick and went over the entire Condo on what needed painting. Right before the job, I met with him, again to make sure we were on the same page with everything, since I was handling this for a client. They were able to start the job earlier and were very prompt and professional in all ways. Uriel and his assistant D.J. were so helpful and had such positive attitudes and work ethics. They prepped and went above and beyond to make this home fresh and beautiful. They did a fantastic job and I would highly recommend them.

Perfect, normally a job is never as good as the interview. In this case, it was overwhelming to find out everything I was told was exactly as our experience. Armando gave us our bid and promised excellence and we this. Juan, their lead Painting Contractor was a excellent communicator and his team was excellent. Our home looks amazing !!!!! You get what you pay for with this company, I had no stress during the project. On our walk around in the end , we basically found no concerns.

Very well! Dirk provided very clear options for us to choose from and also visual aids via email to make communicating in a large bureaucracy much more efficient. Latia in the office was prompt with scheduling and sending out confirmation emails. The gentleman who painted the office was very professional, neat, and detail oriented. I would definitely recommend them to others.

We have had Browder painting work on several projects for us over the years. It is important to us that the companies we use be licensed and insured, which they are. Also, we are pretty busy so we appreciate their streamlined process for estimating and performing the work. We know that they will be there when they tell us, and if anything comes up, they are always communicative. Overall, a professional grade company that you can depend on.

This is a really reputable company. The painters are skilled and fast; they clean up all their materials; they are always on time and very organized. When we were not happy with the results on one side of our house because of pre-existing weather damage to the siding they gave me good advice on replacing the siding and repainted the new surface at no extra charge. Highly recommend.
